| Prophecy is Sealed |
Time of the End (Unsealed) |
Revelation is written in the order of the feasts. These are the significant actions of God in our salvation.
This section of Revelation introduces God in the Day of Atonement.
Now that judgment is about to begin, the sealed words must be opened.
A remnant is called to spread this message to the world.
Revelation 10 is the history and commission of this remnant.
We will postpone the study of Revelation 1 to 9 because they are the history of the church from Christ to the time of the end.
Only the last portion of those prophecies deal with the time of the end, when the book of Daniel will be unsealed.
- Seventh Church (Revelation 1-3). The last church is judged.
- Sixth and Seventh Seal (Revelation 4-7). The wrath of God and the warning.
- Seventh Trumpet (Revelation 8-10). The mystery of God is unsealed and completed.
It is Revelation 10 to 22 that give information about the detail events of the time of the end.
Daniel 8 prophesies about the restoration of the sanctuary at the time of the end.
Daniel 11 and 12 introduce us to the persecuting power during the same time and the efforts of Michael to stand up against this power.
Revelation 10 to 22 unseal the details.
- Revelation 10. The remnant prophets are called.
- Revelation 11. The judgment preparations.
- Revelation 12. The history of persecution.
- Revelation 13. The wicked persecute the final remnant.
- Revelation 14. The final warning message.
- Revelation 15. The righteous flee persecution.
- Revelation 16-18. The wicked are punished.
- Revelation 19. The righteous are rescued.
- Revelation 20. The wicked are rewarded.
- Revelation 21-22. The righteous are rewarded.
Religious Revival: Daniel's Book is Opened
Sealed ("Closed"). But as for you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
(Daniel 12: 4)
Unsealed ("Opened"). And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which stands on the sea and on the earth.
(Revelation 10: 8)
The angel that appeared at the sealing in Daniel 12 now appears at the opening of the Book in Revelation 10 around the time of the end in the year 1844.
Notice the similarity between the two events.
| # | Similarity | Daniel 12 | Revelation 10 |

| The Angel with the Book |
|
| 1 | Land | The angels in each account are standing on land beside a body of water | Daniel 12: 5. Two angels on a riverbank | Revelation 10: 2. Left foot on land |
| 2 | Water | Standing over a body of water | Daniel 12: 5-7. Man in linen | Revelation 10: 2. Right foot on water |
| 3 | Oath | Both are swearing an oath | Daniel 12: 7 | Revelation 10: 6 |
| 4 | Time Prophecy | They are concerned with a time prophecy | Daniel 12: 7 3.5 times | Revelation 10: 6 No more time |
| 5 | Book | They look at the contents of a book | Daniel 12: 9. Sealing the book | Revelation 10: 2. Opening the book |
| 6 | Test | The opening of both books revolves around a trial and a test | Daniel 12: 10. The righteous are refined and tried before they understand | Revelation 10: 10, 11. The righteous experience a bitter disappointment before they understand |
| 7 | Sealed | Some contents are sealed | Daniel 12: 4 The book | Revelation 10: 4. Seven thunders |
- The Angel With the Glory of God.
And I saw another angel come down from heaven clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire. (Revelation 10: 1)
This is a description of the throne of God.
The angel has the same description of God in Ezekiel and the angel who accompanies the Israelites in the exodus. (Exodus 13: 21-22).
This angel is God. He appears to lead us on the last exodus.
- A Universal Message (Heaven, Earth and Sea).
And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth.
(Revelation 10: 2)
This includes all three containers, heaven, earth and sea. It is also a picture of the universal scope of the throne of God.
It is a universal message sent from Heaven, directly from the throne of God by God Himself.
- The Seven Thunders.
And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
(Revelation 10: 3)
Here we have the sealing of the words of the seven thunders.
But Revelation 22: 10 instructs John to not seal the prophecies of this book. So at some point in time the thunders should be understood.
The sealed thunders occur during the seventh trumpet, when the mystery of God is finished.
Perhaps they were sealed because they involve the great Mystery.
The thunders will be discussed in another lesson because they have now been unsealed.
- The Oath: No More Delay.
Then the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that there will be delay (time) no longer.
(Revelation 10: 5,6)

The Three Angels' Message |
This is the same action as the angel who sealed the book.
He appears when the first cycle of shattering was completed after the 1260 years ended in 1798. This was when the book of Daniel was opened.
Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.
(Daniel 12: 7)
Now the angel in Revelation 10 is saying that prophetic time is no more.
The 1260 years had ended and it is now time to unseal the book.
If there is no more prophetic time, then all time lines that begin after this point must be real time.
The Martyrs' Plea.
This sworn oath is based on the terms of the covenant which fixes the maximum time period for such events.
In Revelation 6: 9-11 during the fifth seal, the martyrs are also concerned about this delay because the righteous are waiting for their turn.
They want the persecution and shattering to end and they want revenge on the wicked and they want their blessings as the covenant promised.
The martyrs were told to wait a little while longer.
Now the angel swears that there will be time no longer.
Both are waiting for the last of the holy people to be shattered.
The First Angel's Message.
Both angels swear by the God who lives forever.
However, the angel who opens the seals also swears by the Creator.
This is the same message as the first angel who warns the world at the end of time.
- The Seventh Trumpet.
but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets.
(Revelation 10: 7)
During the time of the seventh angel the "mystery of God" or the gospel will be finished.
Everything that was sealed during the delay is opened when the temple of God is opened.
The People Who Unsealed The Book.
At the sealing of the book, Daniel describes the characteristics of the people who would understand the book when it opens.
So, we should search for a people or movement around this time who are interested in the book of Daniel.
- Time of the End. They appear at the time of the end when there are no more time prophecies.
The 1260 year prophecy ended in 1798. The 2300 day prophecy ended in 1844. The 2520 year prophecy ended in 1981.
- Knowledge Increases. They appear when knowledge is increased (both religious, prophetic and scientific).
- Time Prophecies. They are a people who were concerned with the time prophecies of Daniel.
- Tested. They are a people who have been purified and tested.
"Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand."
(Daniel 12: 10)
In other words, Daniel tells us to look for a people who are tried and tested. Out of that test, they have a purified character and understanding of the book of Daniel. So, it should be no surprise that this is exactly what John describes as occurring in Revelation 10: 8-11.
The Bitter-Sweet Disappointment The Historical Fulfillment |
Let us go back to the early 1800's and try to rediscover the historical situation.
The Sweet.
All over the world people who studied independently began preaching about the Second Coming.
In North America, William Miller preached about the Second Coming and in his studies of Daniel 8 and 9 concluded that the
sanctuary would be cleansed in 1844.
A common presumption at that time was that the earth is the sanctuary - so they concluded that
the Second Coming would be on Yom Kippur, October 22, 1844.
The Bitter.
A great disappointment occurred after these events did not occur.
Later, as they studied about the sanctuary they realized that there is a sanctuary in heaven.

The Testing of The People.
The Remnant Eat the Book.
"And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which stands on the sea and on the earth.
And I went to the angel, and said to him, Give me the little book. And he said to me, Take it, and eat it up: and it shall make your belly bitter, but it shall be in your mouth sweet as honey.
And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
(Revelation 10: 8-10)
Two other prophets to the people trapped in ancient Babylon also ate the words of God.
Jeremiah Eats The Words of God. "Your words were found, and I did eat them, and your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart". (Jeremiah 15: 16).
Ezekiel also ate words of lamentations and woe and then he went to prophesy to Israel.
Ezekiel Eats a Scroll.
Then He said to me, "son of man, eat what you find, eat this scroll
and go speak to the house of Israel".
So I opened my mouth, and He fed me this scroll.
He said to me "Son of man, feed your stomach and fill your body with this scroll which I am giving you".
Then I ate it and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth.
(Ezekiel 3: 1-3)
What does it mean to eat the little book? Jeremiah and Ezekiel also ate a sweet book that became bitter.
For Jeremiah it meant studying and consuming the words of God so that they are known and understood, or until they become a part of you.
In all three cases, the words were sweet. They were a joy to understand. However the words were either
bitter in their stomach or were full of sorrow. The experience was bitter for either the prophet or the people.
The Identity of The People.
In the last days the people who unseal the book of Daniel would also digest the words of God but they would also have a bitter-sweet experience.
The prophecy would allow us to understand the events of the time of the end.
At first it would be sweet in their mouth.
In the first stages as they were understanding and teaching the prophecies the message would create a wonderful experience or expectation.
However, once they had completely digested it and assimilated it, their experience would be horrible.
So, the study of the time prophecies of Daniel would initially produce great joy followed by bitter sorrow.
So, there are three essential elements to this prediction:
- The Book of Daniel Opened (The Millerite Movement). Around the 1830's, William Miller and several other evangelists began studying the book of Daniel independently.
They began to study the sanctuary and its services and concluded that God would come to cleanse the earth on 22 October 1844.
- The Holy People.
There was to arise, at the end of the prophetic time periods of the book of Daniel, a movement that would call people's attention to the prophecies of the book of Daniel.
This was the Millerite movement.
- The Test (Shattered by the Great Disappointment). Christ did not come on October 22, 1844 as they predicted.
This movement would go through a bitter disappointment and then would begin to preach once more. Again it must call men's attention to the prophecies of the book of Daniel. (verses 10,11).
- The Remnant.
Out of the ashes of this disappointment, a world wide movement would emerge. (verse 11).
The Great Disappointment resulted in several responses. Some renounced their faith, other smaller groups disappeared.
Other groups like the Advent Christians and Shakers still survive in small numbers today. But, the Seventh Day Adventist church has emerged as the largest group with a global presence.
The Seventh day Adventist Church.
It became a movement that has spanned the globe and is now one of the fastest growing churches in the world.
Just as the prophet said, the Seventh day Adventist church is taking the message of the prophecies of Daniel and the sanctuary to "peoples, nations, and tongues, and kings."
There are some people who see 1844 as shameful event in Adventist history. However, there are several things to keep in mind.
- The Seventh day Adventists did not set the date. It was set before the Seventh day Adventist Church came into existence. It was set by a Baptist named William Miller with Congregationalists, Catholics, Methodists, Lutherans, etc. It was a movement of many faiths.
- If Seventh day Adventists could not trace their lineage back to the bitter disappointment of 1844, this movement could not be the church that was called to give a specific message.
The great certainty that the Seventh day Adventist church is this church lies in its historical roots in 1844. Revelation 10 tells us that God's last world wide movement grows out of the disappointment of 1844.
- Another group experienced a bitter disappointment in their expectations about Christ. The one they thought would be King had just experienced the shameful death of a common criminal. And they were now hiding from ridicule and persecution.
God went on to build the foundations of His church from this group. They are known as the twelve disciples.
- The Remnant Mission (Prophesy Again).
And they said to me "you must prophesy again before many peoples and nations and tongues and kings"
(Revelation 10: 11)
| Prophesy | Wound healed.

| Second Coming |
The Bible predicted that the group who were shattered by disappointment would begin a prophetic movement that would span the globe.
So, what prophecy would they repeat again?
It must be the prophecy which had caused disappointment and the prophecy which was unsealed when the movement began.
Notice the very next thing to occur, following the command to prophesy again.
- Judgment (Daniel 8-9):
"And there was given me a reed like a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and those that worship there." (Revelation 11: 1)
"And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament ..."
(Revelation 11: 19)
The people in that movement were pointing to the prophecy of the 2300 days as the next prophecy to be fulfilled.
Note how this parallels the judgment and the cleansing of the temple on the great day of atonement, and judgment which began at the end of the 2300 day prophecy in 1844.
- Abomination of Desolation (Daniel 12):
The unsealing of Daniel involves the other time prophecies since the setting up of the abomination of desolation after Daniel 11: 31.
The prophecies fulfilled around 1798 appear to be repeating themselves for the second fall of Babylon.
So this movement is supposed to preach again about the judgment, another apostasy, another persecution in the church, the final destruction of Babylon the Great and the blessed event of the Second Coming.
They must prophesy again because the beast was only wounded in the French Revolution.
The beast would rise again and continue its military conquest.
The pattern of this final conquest will be the same.
- The Remnant Future (Shattered Prophets).
This movement would be the prophets to the end time people of God. As such, they would attract the anger of Satan.
Jezebel tried to kill all the prophets of God. This apostate woman would do the same thing at the end of time.
The dragon was angry with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
(Revelation 12: 17)
- Persecuted. They are the target of the wrath of Satan and will endure the worst persecution.
- Commandments. They keep the commandments of God. This includes the Saturday Sabbath.
- Gift of Prophecy. The have the "testimony of Jesus". What does this mean?
Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me; "Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus;
worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy".
(Revelation 19: 10).
They have the gift of prophecy, especially about Jesus.
» Gift of Prophecy. They would have this gift. It appeared in the church after the disappointment.
» Jesus in Prophecy. We have also unlocked much evidence in the Old Testament that shows that Jesus is the Messiah.
They also have the gift of interpreting prophecy.

The Last Fruit Harvest of the Earth
The events prophesied in Daniel 12 that are unsealed in Revelation 10 are about the completion of the "mystery of God".
These are the events that occur as God separates the righteous from the wicked.
| 2000 | 4000 | 5996 | 5997 | 5998 | 5999 | 6000 | Millennium |
| Jews Planted | Year 45 | Year 46 | Year 47 | Year 48 | Year 49 | Year 50 | - | 1050 |

|
| Latter Rain |
| Tree Planted | Tree grows |
 |
 |
Fruit Harvest |
 |
Land Sabbath | Jubilee |
| The Last Three Years | Great Harvest (Year 4) | Plagues | Desolation |
The unsealing of these prophecies are based on the laws and time table of the harvest and the judgment.
This strategy also takes advantage of His promised blessings.
If we want to guarantee the best harvest at the end of the world we must coordinate our efforts to synchronize with the schedule of God and with His laws.
- Fruit Harvest. God will accept the harvest only in the fourth year after planting.
Plant Fruit. When you enter the land and plant all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden.
Three years it shall be forbidden to you; it shall not be eaten.
First Fruits (Year 4). But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord.
Harvest Belongs to the People (Year 5). In the fifth year you are to eat of its fruit, that its yield may increase for you, I am the Lord your God.
(Leviticus 19: 23-25)
- Punishing the Wicked.
Let us look at the law on timing the reaping for idolatry in the second commandment.
You shall not make for yourself an idol or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth.
You shall not worship them nor serve them, for I, the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children,
and on the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me,
but showing loving kindness to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
(Deuteronomy 5: 8-10)
So the fruits of righteousness and the fruits of idolatry are reaped between the third and fourth cycle.
- Land Sabbath and Jubilee.
God will increase the harvest in the sixth year so that there will be enough for three years. When there is a jubilee we will have enough for four years. Leviticus 25: 20-22.
» Forty Eighth Year (Great Harvest). As we approach a jubilee year, we have two land Sabbaths in a row.
Therefore God has to provide enough food to last for four years in this greatest year of reaping.
- Rain. The best harvest comes after the rains. The Holy Spirit is poured out to assist us at the latter rain.
- Full Moon ("Harvest Moon"). The harvest moon is the full moon nearest to the autumnal equinox (approximately September 23).
The moon is a symbol of the church and the full moon is the state of the church that fully reflects the light of God.
The full moon during the fall harvest season, it the perfect time for gathering the produce.
» Fulfillment. This will be the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles on Tisheri 15 in the final year of harvest.
- Gospel to the Jews First. The rules require any efforts to be first directed towards the Jews, then the Gentiles (Leviticus 23: 22).
This is a strategy aimed at making the Jews a light that will guide the Gentiles (Romans 1: 16).
Since most Christian churches have abandoned the Old Testament law as for the Jews only, they cannot possibly use the scriptures to prove the Messiah or they will be confronted with their own hypocrisy.
So the best time for the final harvest will be during the sixth millennium, during the forty eighth year of a Sabbath of years, three and a half years before the plagues (or after the Latter Rain planting) and during the fall feast of Tisheri.
The Timeline of Daniel 12
The prophecies of Daniel 12 also include a timeline that fits perfectly into this schedule.
This is the final cycle of the pattern at the second fall of Babylon at the end of time.
Daniel 12 is a prophecy from the point of view of the activities of the wicked.
The feasts are the same time period from the point of view of the activities of the righteous.
The time period begins when God and Satan plant their final trees to bring two harvests at the end of time.
One is destined for the barns of God and the other is destined to be burned in the trash heap.
| Planting | Three Years | Year 4 (Harvest) | Year 5 |
Shevat 1 (5996) | | Forbidden Fruit | | Holy Fruit (First Fruits) | | 45 Days | Tisheri 15 | - | Public Fruit |
 | 1290 Days (Abomination of Desolation) | Elul 1 | Desolation (Babylon Falls: Plagues 5 - 7) |
| 1335 Days | Tisheri 15 (6000) | Blessed Ones |
| 75 Days | Nissan 15 | | 1260 Days | Second Coming |
- 1290 Days (Shevat 1, Year 5996 - Elul 1, Year 5999): Abomination of Desolation Set Up and Destroyed.
From the time that the regular sacrifice [daily] is abolished and the abomination of desolation is set up, there will be 1290 days.
(Daniel 12: 11)
So Satan plants his abomination when God plants His righteous trees.
Both will reap a separate harvest in four cycles of time at the end of time.
The fruit is gathered between the third and fourth year (generation), and idolatry is punished up to the third and fourth generation.
» Daily Abolished ("Religious Law").
To abolish the daily means to end religious services connected to daily prayers.
The Antichrist makes his last stand between us and Christ.
The abolition of the daily is the event that triggers the persecution. It is an event in Jerusalem.
- 1260 Days (Nissan 15, Year 5996 - Tisheri 15, Year 6000): Shatter the Holy People.
... How long will it be until the end of these wonders?
... It would be for a time, times and half a time; as soon as they finish shattering the power of the holy people, all these events will be completed.
(Daniel 12: 6-7)
It takes the first 75 days of the 1290 days to set up the abomination. After that, there is three and a half years of persecution.
This is the day after Passover to the first day of Tabernacles!
Could this be the Passover that the Jews accept Christ? This would mark the beginning of the power of the Holy people because it would be a great sign that occurs because of the latter rain.
» End of these Wonders. This is the resurrection described in Daniel 12: 2 which begins on Tisheri 17.
- 1335 Days (Shevat 1, Year 5996 - Tisheri 15, Year 6000): Abomination of Desolation Set Up to the Rescue of the Blessed People.
How blessed is he who keeps waiting and attains to the 1335 days!
(Daniel 12: 12)
It begins with the same event as the 1290 days.
This is the period in which the righteous trees are planted and ends when the blessed fruit is picked at the Second Coming.
This period begins on Shevat 1, the year for calculating the age of trees for the purpose of tithing the first fruits.
The events for the next 1335 days will determine who will be the first fruits to God.
» 45 Days. It ends on Tisheri 15, 45 days after the 1290 days of abomination with a blessing for the waiting people.
The 45 days begins on Elul 1 as the righteous fruit repent and respond to the call and
are selected during the ten days of awe and prepare during the five days before Tabernacles.
The Last Four Years: A Timeline of Events.
God plants a seed in the first year and reaps the 144,000 leaders after three and a half years.
Then, like the twelve disciples, they are the seed that is planted which reaps the entire world at the end of the seven years.
The following time line is based on the last four years.
Since we now suspect that the seven last plagues might begin the day after Yom Kippur, and that the church under severe persecution will ask God to pour our His wrath on the wicked, we have a possible timeline in real time.
However, we can only explain it in relation to the last year. We do not know when that will be, but we assume that it will be the year 6000 after sin began.

- The Year of Planting (Shevat 1, 5996).
God plants a tree and He expects the first fruits to arrive in four years.
This is after the last year of harvest at the beginning of two consecutive land Sabbaths.
The Holy fruit are ready at the time the land Sabbath begins in the forty ninth year.
During that year without reaping the plagues pour down on the weeds. Then in the jubilee year, the fruit are transplanted to heaven and the millennium begins.
It is now the fourth millennium since God called Abraham. In fact it is about 4000 years since God called Abraham, but 3500 years since the exodus planted the nation in the land of Israel.
So the first fruits from the nation are now due.
Since God also promises four fold harvest in the year before two consecutive land Sabbaths, we have a high yield year.
The workers will be the 144,000 evangelists. They will bring in this millennial harvest.
The Planting of the Olive Trees.
Revelation describes two olive trees that will prophesy for 1260 days.
And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1260 days, clothed in sackcloth.
These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.
(Revelation 11: 3-4)
The sackcloth shows persecution for 1260 days. But the light shows the Gospel.
- The Years of Growth (5996-5998). No harvest is expected in the first to third years of planting.
At the beginning of the year of evangelism the Holy Spirit is poured out in the Latter Rain. The next year brings abundant crop and fruit. These are the workers who are preparing to bring in the great harvest.
The Rain (5998). The rains that will bring in a huge harvest will come at the end of this year.
- Passover. This is the last possible Passover for the great sign of the Jewish acceptance of Yeshua.
» Passover Proclamation ("Choose God"). This request occurs at Passover by a people under great persecution. It is made with the proclamation of the third angel's message and the message of Elijah to choose your God and follow Him. Choose between God and Satan. Reconcile with God.
Pentecost (Sivan 6). This must be the last great outpouring of the Holy Spirit to the Jews and those who will get the former and Latter rain in one month.
» Pentecost Rain. On this Pentecost, the converted Jews may be the sign of the pouring out of the Holy Spirit in the "Former Rain" so that we get the Former and Latter Rain in one year.
» Pentecost Proclamation ("Escape the Wrath"). This must be the third angel's message to escape the wrath of God.
"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, so that you are not partakers of her sins, and that you do not receive her plagues"
(Revelation 18: 4)
Mark of the Beast.
And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The Wrath of God. the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever:
Mark in the Hand. and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image,
Mark in the Forehead. and whoever receives the mark of his name.
(Revelation 14: 9-11)
Shemini Atzeret (Tishri 22) The Feast of Tabernacles Rain. This must be the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the Latter Rain as the people pray for rain at the end of the last Feast of Tabernacles.
- The Great Year of Evangelism and Reaping the Harvest (5999).
The fourth year since the planting of the 144,000 begins in this civil year.
This is the year that the first fruits become an offering of praise to the Lord.
It is a year that will be a full revelation and the "knowledge of HaShem" that the Jews expect.
Elul Exodus. The first day of Elul begins the forty days of repentance and it begins the new year for animal tithes and the people pour into the church on the last great exodus to the ark of safety.
» Great Harvest. God has promised spectacular evangelism in the year before the land Sabbath and a four fold harvest in the year before the two consecutive years of land Sabbaths.
This is the optimum year to bring in the harvest because of all the bonuses.
The four fold increase is the four corners of the earth.
- Rosh Hashanah Proclamation. He who is righteous, let Him be righteous still. (Revelation 22: 11)
As the anniversary of the day man was created, this is the day of our recreation.
U'netaneh Tokef. The world is warned about the coming wrath by the message of the third angel and the words of the U'netaneh Tokef.
This prayer is said three times and the same warnings are given in the three angel's message.
- First Angel (Tishri 1 - Rosh Hashannah). Fear God and give Him glory because He is the creator.
- Second Angel (Tishri 2). Babylon has fallen.
- Third Angel (Tishri 10 - Yom Kippur). Avoid the plagues.
- Harvest Gathered (Tishri 9). This law indicates that the harvest reaping may be complete by Yom Kippur. No more work is done seven days before the feast of Booths.
This makes sense because Yom Kippur is a Sabbath.
You shall celebrate the feast of booths seven days after you have gathered in from your threshing floor and your wine vat.
Deuteronomy (16: 13)
- Yom Kippur Proclamation (Tishri 10). "It is finished". This is the proclamation that is made as the sanctuary is closed and the angels get ready to pour out the vials of plagues.
This is the last Yom Kippur to choose and God allows the scapegoat to appear before the congregation, probably in Jerusalem.
The Scapegoat and the False Second Coming.
The LORD said to Moses: "Tell your brother Aaron that he shall not enter at any time into the holy place inside the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark, or he will die; for I will appear in the cloud over the mercy seat.
Showdown in Jerusalem. He shall take the two goats and present them before the LORD at the doorway of the tent of meeting.
Choose. Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats, one lot for the LORD and the other lot for the scapegoat.
Then Aaron shall offer the goat on which the lot for the LORD fell, and make it a sin offering.
Satan Appears Alive. But the goat on which the lot for the scapegoat fell shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make atonement upon it, to send it into the wilderness as the scapegoat."
(Leviticus 16: 2, 7-10)
Almost four years ago the abomination of desolation was planted in Jerusalem. Now their harvest also arrives in Jerusalem as Satan appears in person, as a poisonous apple bearing bitter fruit.
The Yom Kippur service requires the choice between Azazel and the Lord's goat. Azazel is brought alive to the sanctuary just before he is banished.
Satan appears alive before the people in Jerusalem (at the doorway of the tent) and the message is to choose between the real Christ and the false Christ.
This is a picture of the false Second Coming.
This event takes place at some point during the last three and a half years. We put it before the seven last plagues because the people can still choose.
They have one final day.
It is the showdown of Elijah on Mt. Carmel and the choice between Jesus and Barabbas. Choose God and live.
This time the wicked choose Satan and the wrath of God falls on them at the end of that day.
Strange Fire.
The first inauguration of the priests, described in Leviticus 16, occurred during Yom Kippur. On the first day the two sons of Aaron died because they brought "strange fire" before the Lord.
On the last inauguration of the nation of priests, Azazel also arrives with strange fire to prove that he is God in the same contest that Elijah used to prove that YHWH was God and in the same rebellion of the covering cherub who had the privilege of being next to God just as the sons of Aaron had.
Fire From Heaven. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men.
And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth
to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life.
(Revelation 13: 13)
This is one of the most important days in the history of mankind. The first occurred when Eve chose to eat the fruit.
The next was Passover in 31 AD when the Jews had to select their Messiah and Jesus was crucified and eaten as a meal. Now the entire world must make an awesome decision in one day.
Those who choose Christ will bear the fruit of the Spirit. Those who choose Satan will eat the bitter fruit for a year.
» Neilah ("Locking the Gates of Heaven") Probation is Closed. This extra prayer is only said on Yom Kippur. The services on Yom Kippur end with the closing of the ark which holds the Bible scrolls.
While they were opened it was a symbol that the gates of heaven were opened and God was still hearing prayers.
Now the gates are locked and no prayers will be heard after the end of the service.
- The Seven Last Plagues. These occur in response to the request of the righteous. They last one year.
The wicked did not listen to the warning of the third angel or to the warning in the U'netaneh Tokef.
And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.
And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
(Revelation 8: 3-5)
The Yom Kippur services used coal from the firepan like the angels who take coals of fire from the altar to mingle with the prayers of the saints.
Plagues. "He shall take a firepan full of coals of fire from upon the altar before the LORD and two handfuls of finely ground sweet incense, and bring it inside the veil.
Prayers of the Saints. "He shall put the incense on the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the ark of the testimony, otherwise he will die.
(Leviticus 16: 12-13)
» The Last Two Years in Babylon.
The worse phase of the fall of Babylon takes two years and in the end there will be mutiny among the rulers (Revelation 17: 15).
But God tells us not to be afraid when we hear these reports.
Now so that your heart does not grow faint, and you are not afraid of the report that will be heard in the land -
For the report will come one year, and after that another report in another year, and violence will be in the land with ruler against ruler.
(Jeremiah 51: 46)
The first report must be the escape of the exiles and a loss of confidence in their leadership as people leave their churches. There is a threat of destruction by their enemies.
The second report must be the plagues.
Feast of Tabernacles Rain. The rain that falls is the plagues of the wrath of God that is poured out.
- The Year of the Plagues is a Year of Rest (6000).
This year is the end of the six thousand years. It is a land Sabbath.
This is the year that the wicked reap what they have sown. It is the year that God provides for the righteous when there is no harvest.
The perfect people now experience time on an eternal scale. The first year of the millennium land Sabbath begins and the Jubilee Sabbath occurs 1000 years later at the third coming.

Revelation 11 also gives details about the events in the final week before the plagues.
The two trees which had been planted over three years earlier are finishing their testimony.
The events about which they prophesied and warned the world are about to occur.
Like Moses before Pharaoh, Revelation credits them with "sending the plagues".
- Plagues: One Day (One Year).
Therefore, shall her plagues come in one day. (Revelation 18: 8)
Yom Kippur is the day judgment is sealed, so the plagues begin on Tishri 11 and continue for one year.
The Yom Kippur service itself prophesies about this timeline. After the High Priest leaves the sanctuary on that day, he cannot enter it again for one full year!
In this sense we can see that the last Yom Kippur and fall feasts will occur on a real time scale just as the last Passover occurred in real time.
» Hoshanna Raba (Tisheri 21). Although judgment is sealed on Tishri 10, this is the day judgment is delivered. So the plagues might start at this point.
This gives Satan 12 days to rally a world that does not know that its fate is sealed.
» Signs ("The Powers of Heaven are Shaken"). From the trumpets we conclude that there are fearful signs in the heavens between Tishri 11 and 21 after they have chosen Satan.
Heaven responds with signs that demonstrate displeasure at their choice.
God treats them the way He treated Christ at the cross.
- Dark Day. He has turned His back on the wicked who have chosen darkness.
- Blood Moon. The apostate church is full of blood and it is about to intensify the persecution.
- Stars Fall. Satan has also fallen. No one obeys him, he has been exposed as a fraud.
The witnesses are seen as being responsible for the plagues.
These have the power to shut up the sky, so that rain will not fall during the days of their prophesying; and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood,
and to strike the earth with every plague as often as they desire.
(Revelation 11: 6)
- No Reaping During the Plagues. No evangelism occurs during the last year. God no longer hears.
- Passover Proclamation ("Pour out Wrath"). As the righteous are being persecuted, they ask God to punish the wicked.
- Pentecost Proclamation ("No Spirit"). The Holy Spirit has withdrawn his influence from the earth so the wicked increase their wickedness because they have no fruit of the Spirit.
Elul Exodus. Elul is the month of exodus. It is now 45 days before the Second Coming.
So perhaps the persecution is so intense a great number have to flee by faith to the sanctuary.
They will be fleeing their homes as persecuted exiles, living outdoors and in caves.
- Rosh Hashannah Proclamation ("Stay Awake and Clothed"). The priests are now being dressed for their ordination ceremony.
It is now the sixth plague, "Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps his clothes".
One tradition at Rosh Hashannah is to avoid sleeping.
- Yom Kippur Proclamation ("I Am Coming"). Behold I am coming quickly and my reward is with Me.
» Azazel is Bound. Satan is taken. This probably causes the events of the last three plagues which lasts about two weeks. From the timeline it appears that he is taken on Rosh Hashanah, bound on Yom Kippur and cast into the abyss on Hosannah Raba.
» Azazel Falls off a Cliff. The world quickly becomes disillusioned with him, but they are desperate.
» How the Mighty Have Fallen! It is a joy to recognize that in his final chance to triumph Satan will be blamed, mocked, hated and ridiculed and the sinners who have to rely on him will have no respect for him.
Even he becomes terrified during the plagues as the wicked are overwhelmed with disasters.
- Seven Days of Silence. Silence occurs for seven days during the seventh plague as God comes to rescue the righteous.
This must be from the day after Yom Kippur to Tabernacles (Tishri 11-17) or the seven days of Tabernacles which end on Tishri 21, the day when judgment is delivered.
It is the seven days between Yom Kippur and the Second Coming when the priests are ordained.
The Lord appears on the eighth day of ordination at the Second Coming. (Leviticus 8: 33 - 9: 1, 4, 6)
» Silence. The people are silent just as their Lord was silent when He was being accused.
During the last Rosh Hashannah and the ten days of awe, Satan makes loud accusations against them and now God tells Him to be silent too.
Feast of Tabernacles Rain. The rain that is poured out is the hail stones of the seventh plague.
- The Second Coming. God comes during the feast of Tabernacles.
"Next Year in Jerusalem". This hope at the end of the previous year is fulfilled.
- Fall of Babylon: Two Weeks (One Hour). For in one hour your judgment is come. (18: 10)
It lasts two weeks from Tishri 1 to 14 during the fifth and sixth plagues. As Babylon falls, Satan's fall begins. He is seized on Yom Kippur after he and his helpers go to the world with miracles and try to destroy the righteous.
His judgment begins on Rosh Hashannah.
» Ordination of the Priests ("Tisheri 10-16"). During the seven days of silence, the ordination occurs then the Lord appears on the eighth day (Tisheri 17).
We put the ordination at this point because this is when they are totally clean and the sin offering is officially made.
They are being recreated during this time and it takes seven days to complete the recreation work of the voice of God in the seven thunders.
- Light and Dark. They have separated themselves from the darkness. They are now children of light.
- Sky and Water. They are now on the Sea of Glass because they have been cleansed by the Holy Spirit. They are being poured out like water because of the persecution.
- Earth, Trees and Fruit. They are made from dust, but are the trees of righteousness planted by springs of water and bearing much fruit in their righteous character.
- Moon and Stars. They are the moon and stars that reflect the light of God in this time of great darkness.
- Fish and Birds. They have caught fish for God with the help of the Holy dove from heaven.
» Leviathan, the Fish.
The Jews believe that Leviathan is a creature with the head of a fish. During Tabernacles, if we are lucky, they believe God will make our tabernacles out of his skin.
This means that we will defeat Satan during tabernacles and put on his carcass like a trophy.
- Animals and Man. They are the lambs being slaughtered who follow the Shepherd, as children of God.
- Sabbath. They need rest. They will have rest for one thousand years in the millennium.
» 391 Days of Trouble.
... "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates."
And the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released, so that they would kill a third of mankind.
The number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them.
(Revelation 9: 14-16)
The sixth trumpet sounds and the four angels are released from the Euphrates for 391 days (Hour, Day, Month, Year).
This could be Elul 1 of the previous year to Tishri 1 or (Elul 10 to Tishri 11). This is the beginning of the last forty days before the final Yom Kippur to the time when they would be punished directly by God.
The decision was made to send the four angels when the wicked finally rejected the three angel's message during the final days and refused to go on the exodus.
In a mirror of this pattern, the final three plagues last 391 hours (16 days).
» Zerubbabel the Seal.
On Elul 1, Haggai began to have visions about the rebuilding of the temple.
Zerubbabel and Joshua led the people to rebuild the house of the Lord in 52 days after they came out of Babylon.
On Chislev 24, Haggai had this vision.
Speak to Zerubbabel governor of Judah, saying, "I am going to shake the heavens and the earth.
I will overthrow the thrones of kingdoms and destroy the power of the kingdoms of the nations; I will overthrow the chariots and their riders, and the horses and their riders will go down, everyone by the sword of another."
On that day, declares the Lord of Hosts, I will take you Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel, My servant, declares the Lord, and I will make you like a seal [signet ring], for I have chosen you, declares the Lord of hosts.
(Haggai 2: 21-23)
During this final generation the prophecy about Zerubbabel, the forefather of the Messiah will come through.
After the people return from Babylon the Great, those who rebuild the temple of God, like Zerubbabel, will be sealed. Then, God will shake the nations during the final time of trouble when they turn on each other.
» Sealed And Protected For 52 Periods of Time.
From Elul 1 to Tishri 23 at the end of Tabernacles is exactly 52 days. We will be safely within the walls of the New Jerusalem on that day.
Those 52 days are a sign of the 52 weeks when we will be safely sealed during the one year of plagues.
The Beast Wars.
Satan makes war with them at the end. This is during the final week of the 1260 days.
When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them.
(Revelation 11: 7)
Satan came out of the Abyss one year earlier and the wicked chose him. However, he is forced to live through the plagues as all his efforts appear to be impotent and futile.
At the end of the year he finally organizes an army.
» Armageddon. This is the same war that begins in the sixth plague.
These are the spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them together for the war of the great day of God the Almighty.
And they gathered them together to the place which in Hebrew is called Har-Magedon.
(Revelation 16: 14, 16)
» The Cities of Our Exodus. When the enemy believes that it has defeated us, it is time for our exodus.
And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.
(Revelation 11: 8)
- Sodom. Lot and the Angels led an exodus out of Sodom.
- Egypt. Moses and the Angels led an exodus out of Egypt.
- Jerusalem. Jesus led an exodus of the resurrected out of Jerusalem at His crucifixion.
» Kill the Righteous.
Some are killed during the 3.5 years of persecution and perhaps only two of their top visible leaders are killed in the final three days in a strategy to capture the leaders and demoralize the rest of the troops.
Whatever happens causes the wicked to rejoice and the righteous to cry out "Lord save us!"
Just as Christ was dead before His triumphant resurrection, the righteous are somehow defeated before the first resurrection.
The wicked will rejoice over them just as they rejoiced over the capture and death of Christ.
» The Righteous in the Bowels for 3.5 Days.
Would God allow the righteous to be killed so close to the Second Coming?
Christ was "in the bowels of the earth" for 3.5 days and He was not dead during the first 3 days.
However, He was in the hands of the wicked as they rejoiced and paraded Him throughout Jerusalem.
This is what will happen to us.
Many will be captured and tortured and the wicked will set a time to kill us.
- Second Coming: One Week (Half Hour). There was silence in heaven for half hour. (8: 1)
The seventh plague lasts for one week during Tabernacles (Tishri 15-21). But Christ may not appear on day 15.
» The Lord Appears ("Tisheri 17"). This is the eighth day after Tisheri 10, the eighth day after their inauguration began.
But it is after the official beginning of Tabernacles and after the devastating seventh plague begins.
This could account for the fact that Tabernacles includes the plea "Lord save us!".
They have been judged as righteous, but this is a final test to see if they will curse God because He appears to have abandoned them.
If they love Him, then they will wait. Like Job they will say, "Though He slay me yet will I trust Him".
It was on Tisheri 17 that the ark landed on Mount Ararat! Perhaps we will land on Mount Zion.
» Shemini Atzeret. Tishri 22 is the new beginning for the righteous in heaven.
The First Resurrection. The resurrection and rapture of the righteous occur after 3.5 periods of time.
Resurrection. But after three and a half days, the breath of life from God came into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell upon those who were watching them.
Rapture. And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here".
Then they went up to heaven in the cloud, and their enemies watched them.
(Revelation 11: 11-12)
- 6000 Years. God planted Adam and Even in Eden, and after three millennial evenings and millennial mornings, the righteous are resurrected during the seventh millennium.
- 3500 Years. After God planted Israel in the Promised Land around 1500 BC.
- 3.5 Years. After three years of final evangelism when God planted His two olive trees.
- 3.5 Days. The final 3 days between Tishri 13-17 must be a horrible experience for the righteous.
The Seventh Trumpet. This describes the wrath of God. In the seventh plague and the seventh trumpet are all the judgments poured out in one event.
- The Kingdom of Christ. Christ now takes over the kingdom of earth.
- Nations Enraged. The wicked are angry at the righteous.
- Wrath Came. The seven last plagues are now ending.
- Destroy the Destroyers. God destroys all those who destroy the earth.
- Judgment of the Dead. It is now time to judge the wicked. The righteous have already been judged.
- Reward the Righteous. The righteous are physically given their reward.
One Week of Hell.
This final week reminds us of the final week of Jesus as He began His exodus from the earth.
During that week, the forces of evil were let loose on this one man. Heaven seemed silent and unresponsive.
As we follow in the footsteps of our Lord, heaven will also seem silent and unresponsive during the week when we are ordained as priests.
The forces of evil will actually appear to triumph over us.
But we must remember that this is the beginning of the tabernacles. Heaven is silent because God is with us on earth, building His temple of living stones.
| Nisan | 9 | 10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | 16 |

Whatever happens to us during hell week must be patterned after what happened to Christ.
The symbols of tabernacles merges with ordination as the priests wait seven days at the temple in the presence of God.
Jesus had His exodus from Egypt in Nisan and the righteous make their exodus from Babylon in Tishri.
By faith we must see this week as the cheering congregation in heaven sees it. It is a week of triumph!

Lord Appears (Eighth Day) |
» Stoned to Death by the Congregation.
We have one more mystery to solve.
If judgment is delivered on Hoshanna Raba (Tishri 21) and the Lord appears on Tishri 17, when is the Second Coming?
It appears that the Second Coming or the seventh plague is not a one day event. It is probably seven days.
The Lord appears visibly and raptures His people, reuniting families on day 17. After they have been safely removed and assembled above the skies then the hail stones will fall on Tishri 21.
Then it will truly appear that the entire congregation stoned the sinners as the global death penalty is applied.
This gives the wicked about five days of anguish, sorrow, regret and envy and a certain anxiety about the impending doom that is pictured in Luke 21: 26.
Repetition and Enlargement
The events occur according to the laws and legal time tables.
They are repeated in the time table of the feasts, Revelation 10 and 11, Daniel 12 and Matthew 24.
- Judgment Rendered ("Mene, Mene - Counted, Counted"). Two counts are made. The righteous and wicked are counted and separated (144,000 and 666).
- Judgment Sealed ("Tekel - Weighed"). Judgment is sealed before the plagues begin.
- Judgment Delivered ("Upharsin - Divided"). The righteous are separated from the wicked.
Planting Trees
Let us look at several examples of a righteous planting which were reaped between the third and fourth cycle.
-
The Planting of Christ. He was planted on a dead tree as an evil man, and died in the fourth millennium at age 33 between His third and fourth decade and 3.5 years after He began His ministry.
The Planting of the Olive Trees.
The two olive trees that will prophesy for 1260 days was explained above.
The Planting of Israel.
Israel was planted in Egypt 400 years before he was moved at the exodus and planted in the Promised Land during the fourth generation.
The four generations were Levi, Kohath, Amram and Moses.
The deliverer, from the fourth generation, was raised up forty years before the exodus.
400 years of Slavery in Egypt.
God said to Abram, Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years. (Genesis 15: 13)
After the Fourth Generation.
Then in the fourth generation they will return here, for the iniquity of the Amorite is not yet complete.
(Genesis 15: 16)
God gave the wicked Amorites four generations to repent before He punished them.
When Israel left the land of idolatry it was desolated by the ten plagues.
Then about 400 years after Israel was in the Promised Land, they rejected God in favor of kings.
In the fourth generation of kings, the kingdom was divided.
We can use this timeline to see what movements developed on a millennial time scale.
| Month 1 | 12 | 18 | Month 24 | Month 36 (3000) | Month 40 (3333) | Month 42 (3500) |
| 1500 BC | 500 BC | 1 AD | 531 AD | 1500 AD | 1833 | 1999 AD |
| Exodus | Second Temple | Christ | Papacy | Martin Luther | Millerite Movement | Babylon the Great |
The Planting of The Light of the Covenant. Around 3000 years after the planting of Israel, Martin Luther emerged as the symbol of the Protestant Reformation. In 1508 he realized that "the Just shall live by faith".
The Planting of the Just (1844). 3333 years after the planting of Israel the judgment of the righteous began at about 40 millennial months.
42 months occurs within our generation after year 2000.
The Planting of America.
Three and a half centuries before the fall of the Papacy, God prepared a country. The fall of Constantinople to the Ottoman empire in 1453 sent merchants looking for safe passage to Asia because the land route became perilous. Around the 1480s Columbus discovered the trade winds and kept it a secret until he could finance a voyage. Believing that the earth was smaller (25,255 km/ 15784 miles) and that he could reach Asia by sailing 3000 miles west across the Atlantic, in 1492 he discovered the American continent.
On 14 May 1607, 214 members of the Virginia Company explorers landed in Jamestown, Virginia to establish the first permanent British settlement.
On November 11, 1620 the Mayflower landed in the New World, then on December 21 it landed on Plymouth Rock with 102 forefathers.
They were fleeing persecution from Europe and God planted them in a new land as a direct fulfillment of prophecy (Revelation 12: 16).
In 1654, Jews began to immigrate to New York. America was also their haven.
» The Pattern.
It is almost 400 years since that original planting, so it is time for the harvest.
This land will become a type of Egypt that persecuted the righteous who had to be delivered by a show of power.
If the pattern holds, God will raise up a movement that will show fruit in the fourth generation.
Four generations after Plymouth Rock, God raised up the Advent Movement, but the people were not ready.
It has been about 160 years since the Advent movement began.
When their fourth generation arrives it will experience something significant in the last four years.
If they do not respond, then it might be another four generations of waiting or we may run out of time.
-
The Planting of the Unfaithful Priests.
Annanias and Caiaphas were the high priests appointed by Rome who orchestrated the death of Christ in 31 AD.
Forty years later, the temple was destroyed in 70 AD, during the priesthood of Annanias' grandson, the fourth generation.
The Planting of the Abomination.
So a righteous people were planted in a land that would become an abomination at the end of time.
It is a lamb that would become a dragon (Revelation 13: 11).
And we became that on schedule in 2001.
The final generation will follow the pattern of Daniel 12.
There will be 1290 days between the planting of the Abomination of Desolation when it abolishes the daily until it is desolated in the seventh plague.
During this time they will shatter the power of the holy people by stopping their great witness.
Satan Appears
The appearance of Satan is represented in several other prophecies.
The Scapegoat.
He appears in disguise when we must make a choice between Christ or him.
The Scapegoat is the Beast From the Abyss.
Revelation 11 also describes a beast from the abyss that comes to stop the testimony of the two olive trees.
The scapegoat appears alive before the world when God lets the beast out of the abyss.
So the world has one final day to choose when Satan appears on the last Yom Kippur, after 3.5 years of intense evangelism by the two trees and persecution by the beast.
He probably appears on or after the first of Tishri and travels around the world and ends his worldwide tour in Jerusalem on Tishri 10.
The Antichrist.
He appears in Jerusalem disguised as the Christ and as head of the church.
The Image to the Beast. Christ is the only image of God in human form Who can be worshipped.
The Antichrist appears as an image to the beast that is worshipped at the end.
Perhaps the image that triggers the persecution and idolatry in Revelation 13: 15 is Satan in some human form at the false Second Coming.
The Wounded Beast. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given to him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life.
The Image: Satan in Human Form. And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast could even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
(Revelation 13: 14-15)
The Wounding of the Serpent.
Christ, the Seed of the woman, was wounded in the heel at the crucifixion. Antichrist, the seed of Satan will be bruised in the head when he appears.
And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed. He shall bruise you on the head, and you shall bruise him on the heel.
(Genesis 3: 15)
To the woman He said, "I will greatly multiply your pain in childbirth, in pain you will bring forth children.
Yet your desire will be for your husband and he will rule over you."
(Genesis 3: 16)
So the earthly beasts also followed a pattern experienced by Satan. Satan was also wounded with a sword.
He fell from heaven after a great war which climaxed at the crucifixion. He was wounded by the sword of the Spirit and lost dominion of the earth and was barred from heaven, his Eden.

At the crucifixion, Christ already suffered the curses of the man, specified in Genesis 3: 17-19.
At the end of time as the church waits and longs for Christ, her husband, to come and rule over her, she will be under the pains of severe persecution as she is giving birth to the child named Benjamin.
Identifying the Abomination of Desolation and The Birth Pangs (Matthew 24)
The abomination destroys the religion of God and sets up its own religion. That is what it does. But what or who is this abomination that causes desolation and is itself desolated?
If we look at Matthew 24 as being a cycle of events at the end of time, then in the final cycle it becomes a set of instructions for the final generation to follow just as it was for the Christians in 70 AD.
- Wars, Earthquakes and Famines. The world will experience international wars and great natural disasters.
Although they will occur at the end, they do not signify that the end has come.
- Gospel Preached. When the gospel is preached, that is the sign of the end and events escalate.
The gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
(Matthew 24: 14)
- The Abomination of Desolation. Both Daniel and Jeremiah say that at the fall of Jerusalem the abomination desecrates the sanctuary.
We are ashamed because we have heard reproach; disgrace has covered our faces, for aliens have entered the holy places of the Lord's house.
(Jeremiah 51: 51)
Therefore, when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),
then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.
(Matthew 24: 15-16)
» Let the Reader Understand. How does the abomination stand in the Holy Place?
- The Apostate Church. Satan and his earthly crew try to set up a false religion based on rebellion.
- The Religious Abomination in Jerusalem. The church takes over Jerusalem before Satan comes.
Planted in Palestine.
He will pitch the tent of his royal pavilion between the seas and the beautiful Holy Mountain; yet he will come to his end and no one will help him.
(Daniel 11: 45)
The religious right might even try to rebuild the physical temple.
How will the church take over Jerusalem? Under a United Nations Resolution 181 (Part III) concerning the administration of Jerusalem, they have a right to appoint a government if the Jews and the Palestinians cannot make peace.
By this time, the events of Zechariah 12 will have occurred. The Muslims have attacked Jerusalem. During this time the Jews accept the Messiah.
One political outcome of these events will be the question of Jerusalem. This is when the pope can make his strongest argument that he should be the administrator of Jerusalem as head of the Christian Church.
The Muslims trust him and most of the Jews haved accepted Jesus as the Messiah. The fact that they do not recognize the pope as their head is irrelevant.
- Satan in Jerusalem. Jerusalem is the Holy Place. Satan appears in a false Second Coming on the Mount of Olives.
He could quote Zechariah 14: 4-11 as proof that He will stand on the Mount of Olives. However, that is a prophecy about the Third Coming of Christ after the millennium.
But this fact will be irrelevant to people who do not know the word of God.
This false Second Coming is the ultimate abomination.
When you see this sign you must flee. When the church changes the laws of God and compels the world to obey, then that will be a great abomination.
When the church takes over Jerusalem claiming to represent Christ, that will be a greater abomination.
But when Satan stands in Jerusalem claiming to be Christ, that is the greatest abomination.
- Great Tribulation. After Satan appears the worst period of trouble will occur. This could be intense persecution, then the seven last plagues or a combination of the plagues and intense persecution.
- Great Signs and Wonders. Satan convinces the world to follow him by the signs he performs.
For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.
(Matthew 24: 24)
The elect can no longer be misled because God has already made the proclamation that "those who are righteous should remain righteous".
- The Astronomical Signs of the Last Three Plague. After the tribulation the sun and moon will go dark, the stars fall and Christ comes.
At some point, the wicked will no longer have the power to harm us. Our tribulation will be over, but the world is still in great turmoil because of the plagues.
But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light and the and the stars will fall from the sky and the powers of heaven will be shaken.
and then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.
(Matthew 24: 29-30)
So the darkened sun of the fifth plague will be a sign to us that the wicked can no longer kill us.
- Darkness. The sun and moon become dark and the stars fall. This is when darkness comes over the throne of the beast and they begin to lose support.
- Sky Splits and The Tribes Mourn. This is the sign of the Son of Man that appears in the sky. The wicked and their rulers realize that they have been wrong and they weep and mourn with crocodile tears as they anticipate their impending doom.
- Second Coming. Christ physically appears above the skies.
These are the same sequence of events as the sixth seal.
Fifth Plague.
I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood;
and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind.
Sixth Plague.
The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains;
and they said to the mountains and to the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;
for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"
(Revelation 6: 12-17)
- One Generation. All these patterns of signs will occur with the last generation.
... this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.
(Matthew 24: 34)
- False Sanctuary Destroyed. When you study the lesson on the seven plagues you will discover that it systematically destroys the false sanctuary and its furniture and the people who worship in it.
So, by the end of the plagues and by the preaching of the final generation, not a single stone remains. All the false arguments will be exposed because they have no foundation.
And He said to them, "Do you see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another which will not be torn down".
(Matthew 24: 2)
