Form Follows Function. All Bible Science Models Look and Function Like Nature's Model

Although this religious object is worthy of recognition because it helps to explain images in last day prophecies, it is truly one of the unique items of Jewish oral tradition like the tzizit and the Passover Seder steps which are based in modern science.
It uses a combination of Torah laws handed down by Moses from His encounter with YHWH on Mount Sinai (1500 BC) and oral laws that the Jews claim were handed down at the same time.
However, it is not simply a Torah Science based in modern discoveries that will help us understand Bible symbols better, it is Torah Science that can stand on its own as a symbol of the Genius mind at work 3500 years ago.
And not so ridiculous after all!
The Torah Pattern, Design And Laws.
The Jews call it the tefillin. The Greeks call it the phylactery.
Written by Moses during the exodus around 1500 BC, he describes the laws governing the tefillin.
The Jews also claim that Moses gave them instructions on how to construct the tefillin and these were handed down by tradition.
SHEMA. Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is One!
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
» Torah.These words which I am commanding you today shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.
» Tefillin (On the Hand). You shall bind them as a sign on your hand
» Tefillin (Between the Eyes). and they shall be as frontals between the eyes [on your forehead].
» Mezuzah. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
(Deuteronomy 6: 4-9)
Three different objects containing quotes from the law were created from this law.
- Head Tefillin. Strapped on the forehead just above the hair line, not the nose.
- Hand Tefillin. Strapped on the dominant hand.
- Mezuzah. Nailed to the post of the door.
- Criticism.
This object has been villified by Christians as signs of "righteousness by works" that were "nailed to the cross".
They claim that Moses told them to write the laws in their mind and the Jews made a box and strapped it on their foreheads.
Atheists simply laugh at the stupidty of religious nuts.
Based on the Torah Science we can now conclude that Someone who knew the internal structure and function of the brain gave these instructions to Moses.
Neuroscience: Tefillin Brain Structure In The Torah
The tefillin is patterned after the system which monitors and controls the messages between the brain and the body through the nervous and circulatory system.
Hormones secreted from the pituitary gland help control the following body processes: growth, blood pressure, water regulation and balance, temperature regulation, thyroid function, metabolism, pain relief, sleeping patterns (hiberntion, clocks), stimulation of uterine contractions during childbirth, breast milk production, and sex organ functions.
» The Tefillin Design.
It is a black cube, made from calf skin in which four Torah verses that prescribe its use are written on scrolls.

- The Cube. The Tefillin is a black box in the shape of a cube.
- The Tefillin Box. There are two tefillin (tefillah) applied to the body with leather straps.
- Head Tefillin. Placed on the forehead at the hairline, it has four separate compartments with four different scrolls containing one copy of the law.
- Hand Tefillin. Placed on the dominant hand, it has one compartment with all four laws witten on one scroll.
- Base. It sits on a base.
- Straps. It has straps threaded through the base which exit on either side.
- Letter Shin (Teeth, Consume).
It has the letter Shin painted on two sides. Value = 300.
- Knot. It is tied to the body with a special knot shaped like a Hebrew letter.
- Head Tefillin - Dalet (Door).
Tied to the back of the head at the base. Value = 4.
- Hand Tefillin - Yod (Power, Closed Hand).
Wrapped around the arm and fingers. Value = 10.
» The Brain Design.
Two systems represents what controls the mind and body. One is the master controller which makes decisions and gives instructions and the second is the slave or subservient and submissive controller which carries out the functions.
The straps bind the controllers to the systems.
- The Tefillin Box. There are two black boxes, in the shape of a cube, each with their controllers.
- Head Tefillin. It controls the brain or the will. This is the master controller.
- Hand Tefillin. It controls the body. This is the slave controller which carries out the will.
- The Cube In A Box. It is cube on several levels. It is a master protected inside a box.
First it is the brain, then it describes the purpose of the frontal lobe, then it describes the purpose of the pituitary sitting inside the sella turcica.
- Sella-Turcica And Pituitary Gland. It sits inside a cube-shaped bone box called the sella Turcica. It controls hormones and affect emotions and the immune system through a complex circuitry in the hypothalamus.
- Skull And Brain. The brain is protected in a bone box called the skull.
- Cerebral Cortex Frontal Lobe. All thought and reasoning is managed in the frontal lobe.
- Hippocampus. In the hippocampus is a map of an internal GPS to manage orientation.
- Base.
The straps are threaded through a base above the box. The base controls desire for what the master needs through hunger and thirst.
- Straps. All systems which hold the controller-Box are managed by reins like straps which control a horse.
These are the hormonal pathways, the messages through the five senses like electromagnetic waves (images, sound, touch) and chemicals (drugs, food, smell, taste) the circulatory system and even the immune system.
The hypothalamus is a key controlling mechanism which ties many of these systems together.
- Knot (Cross Over) Optic Chiasm. The straps cross over from one side to the other.
- Letter (Box And Knot). Each box is labelled with a letter and each strap is tied in a knot in the form of a letter that defines its purpose.
- Letter: Shin (Teeth, Consume).
The controllers consume products that it needs.
What do they consume?
The brain consumes messages from the five senses and the chemical messages from drugs, hormones and the blood.
- Head Tefillin - Dalet (Door). It describes the entrances into the box through the straps.
- Hand Tefillin - Yod (Power, Closed Hand). It describes the type of power used to enforce the dictates of the will.
- Binding The Will. If one can get the master to be subservient to the slave, then the will can be compromised.
Factors such as hypnosis, addictions which magnify the effects of hormones like dopamine and any external controllers like other humans or factors like terror can overide the frontal lobe and give the secondary systems control.
- Temporary Control.
The flight or fight mechanism is an example of the brain voluntarily giving temporary control to the hormonal system.
Hypnosis can work if you voluntarily give permisson to someone you trust or for a response you desire.
However, while control is given to another, a third controller can take over.
- Permanent Control.
It can be taken away by a malevolent force which can only come in through some form of addiction administered through any of the five senses.
The Moral Design: A Guidance System Between The Eyes
The Torah and the brain both indicate that we have a biological guidance system located between our eyes.
God is indicating that somewhere between our eyes is the capacity to love Him deeply. If you can keep the SHEMA and obey the law and train the space of the brain that is located between the eyes, you can achieve this love.
The pituitary gland is the master gland that regulates all other endocrine glands.
It is located in the front of the brain, directly between the eyes.

The pituitary is a red gland the size of a pea that is protected by a cavity in the sphenoid bone which surrounds it like a box! The bone is in the back, directly behind the eyes, near the base of the skull.
The gland sits in a square or cube depression in the sphenoid called the sella turcica.
Moral Guidance.
Other structures in this region are related to our mental and moral decision making systems.
- Eyes: The Sights And Images.
The images you see and the behavior you associate with it can set up a powerful addiction through the dopamine system.
From the chiams the nerves go to the optic tract to the occipital lobe at the back f the brain.
Addiction to pornography will shrink the brain causing an injury like frontal lobe trauma of a car accident.
I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.

- Ears: The Sounds (Vestibular System).
The straps of the tefillin are pass the ears and tied to the back of the head.
The vestibulocochlear nerve transmits sound and equilibrium (balance) information from the inner ear to the back of the brain in the pons where nerves for eye movement, equilibrium and hearing are located.
It works with the eyes to manage balance through the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR).
Just as we should control the things we see, we should also control what we hear.
God also confirms our instructions through sound.
In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;
Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction.
(Job 33: 15-16)
- The Head Tefillin Straps (Optic Chiasm).
The visual picture is even more amazing. The straps that tie the tefillin to the forehead are tied in a knot with the ends dangling to form an "X" shape.
This is the shape and appearance of the crossed optic nerve (Optic Chiasm). The point where they cross is above the sella turcica through the hypothalamus.
Being experts in slaughtering animals, the Jews must have seen this nerve structure connected to the eye, but how could they have known that the little gland in the square bone below and in that region are responsible for our moral decisions?
Did they know that they can control their behavior like the reins of a horse? You are in control of your destiny.
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
(Jeremiah 17: 10)
God teaches you how it works. Then it is your decision and your choice and He will assist you.
- Base (Hypothalamus). It controls hunger and thirst. It is the area above the sella turcica which is connected by nerves and blood vessels to the posterior lobe and control the secretions from the pituitary. It is represented by the base of the tefillin which is connected to the box.
The straps pass through the base just like the optic nerves pass through the hypothalamus above the sella.
- Pituitary Gland. The master gland that controls all other glands and growth, metabolism and maturation.
» Two Lobes (Anterior and Posterior Pituitary). The two boxes (head and hand tefillin).
Each lobe has groups of cells (factories) which specialize in producing one hormone. The number of factories correspond to the number of compartments in each tefillin plus the base.
- Anterior Pituitary (5). The head tefillin has four compartments and a base.
This lobe produces
Cortisol (ACTH),
Growth Hormone (Somatotropin),
Prolactin,
Gonadotropin ("sex hormones")
and tyrotropin (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone).
- Posterior Pituitary (2). The hand tefillin has one compartment and a base.
This lobe produces Vasopressin (Antidiuretic Diuretic Hormone (ADH)), and Oxytocin.
These are released directly from the nerves into the blood stream.
Hormones induce, regulate and control almost all bodily functions.
Therefore most disorders and many diseases result from hormonal imbalance.
So God's promise to "heal all our diseases" if we obey His law is based in the science of the pituitary.
» The Forbidden Fruit. It is suspended within the box by hanging from the pituitary stalk like a protected fruit.
It is the target of the forbidden fruit fiasco because out if it comes wickedness and unrighteousness, good and evil.
- Frontal Lobe. The tefillin sits on the front of the brain that makes executive decions which control personality, decision making, planning, and behavior regulation, emotion and complex thought.
There are three main areas which interact with the limbic system.
- Cerebral Cortex or Prefrontal Cortex (PFC).
This is the last section of the brain to mature (age 25). It allows humans to decide on actions and balance immediate reward with long-term goals.
It makes decisions on actions, encouraging wise, acceptable choices and regulating behavior to make choices between right and wrong, delaying gratification and consider future consequences.
It suppresses and controls intense emotions, sexual urges and impulses.
Some studies have found weak interconnections between the PFC and the rest of the brain among criminals, sociopaths, drug addicts, and schizophrenics.
- Orbitofrontal Cortex. It is located above the eyes. Involved in decision making, guilt, anxiety, paranoia and morality.
- Cingulate Gyrus. Part of the lymbic lobe, it is involved in thinking about self and autonomic functions (heart rate, blood pressure)
It registers physical pain as well as rational cognitive functions, such as reward anticipation, decision-making, empathy, impulse control, and emotion.
- Limbic System.
This affects emotion and pleasure, memories, sex, hunger, sleep, judgment, mood, insight, motivation and impulse control.
It is a combination of several structures which control the endocrine system and the autonomic nervous system with the hormones and neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, adrenaline, norepinephrine, oxytocin, GABA and glutamate).
- Striatum. Coordination center for the limbic system and chemical messages.
- Hippocampus. It records details about data and facts without emotion and sends it to the cortex.
It consolidates information from short-term memory to long-term memory and spatial navigation.
It is located under the cerebral cortex and in the medial temporal lobe, underneath the cortical surface in primates.
- Parahippocampal Gyrus. This region plays an important role in memory encoding and retrieval.
Parahippocampal place area (PPA) plays an important role in the encoding and recognition of environmental scenes (rather than faces).
The fusiform face area (FFA) in the fusiform gyrus, is a nearby region that is important for face recognition and recognizing fine distinctions between well-known objects.
Both may be important for learning and recognizing the Bible and its symbols.
- Substantia Nigra. Working through the striatum, it is important in eye movement, motor planning, reward-seeking, learning, and addiction.
- Mesolimbic System. Food cravings, sex, hallucinations, delusions.
- Basal Ganglia.
Located at the base of the forebrain and interconnects the cerebral cortex, thalamus, and brainstem, and other brain areas.
It controls voluntary motor movements, procedural learning, routine behaviors like teeth grinding, eye movements, cognition and emotion.
- Nucleus Accumbens. Reward, pleasure, addiction, sex. Pleasure center that responds to dopamine.
Physical pain and heartbreak or any emotional pain are all handled by the same receptors.
- Ventral Pallidum.
A loop of the basal ganglia, which also goes through the nucleus accumbens. It is involved in the regulation of motivation, behaviour, drug addiction, and emotions such as "wanting" (desire) and "liking" (pleasure). They are on different circuits.
"Wanting" also goes to the lateral hypothalamus.
- Ventral Tegmental Area (VTA).
The VTA located in the midbrain is believed to affect the reward circuitry of the brain.
It is also important in cognition, motivation, drug addiction, and several psychiatric disorders.
- Septal Nuclei. Another pleasure center.
- Globus Pallidus. A reward system that regulates emotions and voluntary movement on the subconscious level affection expressions such as joy or anger.
The inner portion discharges and emits high pitched sound and the outer portion gives low-pitched sound.
- Amygdala.
It registers all emotions such as (fear, jealousy, rage, aggression, sexuality, face recognition, social-emotional determination, complex emotions, emotional memory and identifying danger).
The amygdala learns what is most threatening and dangerous and registers tone and intensity of emotions and notifies the hypothalamus immediately if it should prepare for problems.
- Hypothalamus.
It receives information inside of our body to and from the organs and has different effects in different regions.
Lateral hypothalamus (pleasure center, eating and drinking).
Ventral medial nuclei (aversion center, decreases pleasure).
Infundibulum (extreme rage, laughter).
Suprachiasmatic nucleus (depression, low serotonin levels)
- Thalamus.
It receives outside information through our senses and sends it to other parts of the brain, such as the cortex or amydgala for further action.
- Putamen. Subconscious execution of learned movements.
It registers a perception of contempt and disgust connectied to the insula which registers feelings of distress or jealousy.
Both are part of a "hate-circuit" and "love-circuit".
- Insula (Insular Cortex or Island of Reil).
Located in the cerebral cortex, and connected to the amygdala and thalamus.
Some consider it part of the limbic system.
It affects consciousness and integrates the mind and body displaying social emotions, things like lust and disgust, pride and humiliation, guilt and atonement. It gives moral intuition, empathy and the capacity to respond emotionally to music. Hunger, taste, craving, breathe, addiction, heat, cold, itch, tell fresh food from rotten, muscle ache, pain (anticipate or feel).

The Arm Tefillin Straps (Nerves).
The box is placed on the biceps of the weaker arm.
The pattern of wrapping seems to follow the branching of the peripheral nerves and veins and possibly the muscles and tendons in the arm.
The wrap around the middle finger appears to be the median nerve.
The symbolized muscles are the ones that move the elbow, wrists and fingers.
» Controlling Actions By Controlling The Mind.
One tefillin is bound to the forehead and another to the arm by straps.
This suggests that the hand also has a structure that is a source of moral decision making and the capacity to learn.
However, it probably means that control of the center in our brain can control what we do (work of the hand), like the straps or reins of a horse allow us to control the mighty beast.
The Brain Straps: Neurotransmiter Hormonal Pathway Controllers
The straps that tie the brain are the neurotransmiters which cause the creation of hormones through the hypothalamus. It drains into the blood which target a specific organ.
The blood system ties the brain to the body through hormones.
I will list only 7 neurotransmitters.
- Dopamine.
It affects cognitive control and working memory (co-regulated by norepinephrine)
mood, motivation, motor system function, reward perception (primary mediator),
sexual arousal, orgasm, and refractory period (via neuroendocrine regulation like oxytocin and prolactin).
There are four major dopamine pathways in the brain.
- Mesolimbic Pathway (VTA Projections). The primary reward pathway which respond to all known addictions. It increases and transmits dopamine from the reward circuitry in the Ventral Tegmental Area (VTA) to the limbic system through the nucleus accumbens.

(Amygdala, Cingulate cortex, Hippocampus, Nucleus accumbens, Olfactory bulb, Prefrontal cortex)
- Mesocortical Pathway (VTA → Prefrontal cortex).
It is a pathway that slows down dopamine and connects the VTA to the cerebral cortex, in the frontal lobes.
It dampens impulsivity, emotion and reactions and may be involved in schizophrenia.
It is involved in cognitive control, motivation, and emotional response.
The neurons are affected by dopamine, GABA, and glutamate.
- Tuberoinfundibular Pathway (Arcuate nucleus → Hypothalamus). Dopamine regulates the secretion of prolactin from the anterior pituitary gland.
- Nigrostriatal Pathway (Substantia nigra → Caudate nucleus and putamen). It connects the substantia nigra with the dorsal striatum involved in movement, in the basal ganglia motor loop. They release other neurotransmitters like glutamate and GABA neurons. Loss of dopamine in the substantia nigra contributes to Parkinson's disease.
- Serotonin.
Produced from tryptophan, serotonin is primarily found in GI tract, blood platelets, and the central nervous system (CNS).
Approximately 10% of the human body's total serotoninin is produced by the CNS in the brain, but of is located in the gut, where it regulates intestinal movements.
In the CNS it has various functions such as regulation of emotion and mood, possibly aggression, appetite, sleep, reward perception , some cognitive functions like memory and learning, and contributes to feelings of well-being and happiness.
Serotonin is stored in the blood platelets where it serves as a vasoconstrictor and helps to regulate hemostasis and blood clotting.
Serotonin is a growth factor for some types of cells where it promotes wound healing.
Pathways: Caudal nuclei (CN): → (Cerebral cortex, Thalamus, Caudate putamen and nucleus accumbens and Substantia nigra, ventral tegmental area)
Pathways: Rostral nuclei (RN): → (Amygdala, Cingulate cortex, Hippocampus, Hypothalamus, Neocortex, Septum, Thalamus, Ventral tegmental area)
- Epinephrine (Adrenalin). It plays an important role in the fight-or-flight response by increasing blood flow to muscles, output of the heart, pupil dilation, and blood sugar.[6
- Norepinephrine (Noradrenaline).
It is the "fight or flight" response to stress or danger which mobilizes the brain and body for action.
It is released by the central nervous system and the sympathetic nervous system.
It increases or enhances arousal and alertness, vigilance, formation and retrieval of memory, focuses attention; restlessness and anxiety.
increases heart rate and blood pressure, releases glucose from energy stores, blood flow to skeletal muscle, reduces blood flow to the gastrointestinal system, and promotes voiding of the bladder and large intestine.
The most important source of norepinephrine in the brain is the locus coeruleus, located in the pons.
Pathways: Locus Coeruleus (LC) → (Amygdala and Hippocampus, Brain stem and Spinal cord, Cerebellum, Cerebral cortex, Hypothalamus, Tectum, Thalamus, Ventral tegmental area)
Pathways: Lateral Tegmental Field (LTF): → (Brain stem and Spinal cord, Olfactory bulb)
- Histamine.
It is involved in local immune responses as well as regulating physiological function in the gut and acting as a neurotransmitter.
It is used in arousal and attention to increase wakefulness and prevent sleep, feeding and energy balance, learning, memory and sleep.
Pathway: Tuberomammillary nucleus (TMN): → (
TMN Cerebral cortex, Hippocampus, Neostriatum, Nucleus accumbens, Amygdala, Hypothalamus)
- Glutamate. It is the brain's main excitatory neurotransmitter, found in over 50% of nervous tissue. They are important for neural communication, memory formation, learning, and regulation.
- GABA. It is the brain's main inhibitory neurotransmitter with glutamate as a precursor.
- Acetylcholine.
They play an important role in arousal (wakefulness and attention), motivation, emotion, learning, motor system function, short-term memory, reward perception.
Inside the brain it alters the way other brain structures process information rather than as a chemical used to transmit information from point to point like those the motor neurons release in order to activate muscles.
Pathways: Forebrain cholinergic nuclei (FCN): → (Hippocampus, cerebral cortex, limbic cortex, sensory cortex)
Pathways: Brainstem cholinergic nuclei (BCN): → (Ventral tegmental area, Thalamus)
The Base: Hypothalamus
The hypothalamus mimics the design of the head and hand tefillin.
The anterior pituitary is like the hand tefillin and the posterior pituitary is like the head tefillin, both are connected to the nerves and blood vessels (straps).
It shows how the instructions from the neurotransmitters in the brain are sent to the rest of the body through an intricate circuitry that links messages from the nerves to hormones in the body that affect organs and the immune system.
There are 5 distinct target cells where the 6 releasing hormones gain access.
They are all produced in the anterior pituitary
- Anterior Pituitary (Head).
The head tefillin has 4 compartments and the base and may be associated with the number of target cells.
Hormones that are synthesized in the arcuate, paraventricular, periventricular and supraoptic nuclei of the hypothalamus control anterior pituitary hormone secretion.
- Arcuate Nucleus or "Infundibular Nucleus" (Dopamine). It releases dopamine to inhibit prolactin secretion which stimulates lactogenesis (milk production).
It inhibits the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, and makes growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH).
- Periventricular.
It does not have an effective blood–brain barrier.
Dopamine inhibits prolactin release, regulates growth hormone with somatostatin and functions in analgesia (pain killer) and regulate body temperature.
Different regions produce different hormones.
Front (somatostatin and thyroid releasing hormone),
Middle (thyroid releasing hormone, somatostatin, leptin, gastrin, neuropeptide y and GnRH).
The back region aids in sympathetic nervous system regulation, and is regarded as the rage center.
- Supraoptic Nucleus? Fluid balance, milk let-down, child birth.
- Paraventricular.
Some regulate appetite and autonomic functions in the brainstem and spinal cord.
Others control various anterior pituitary functions.
- Hypophyseal-Portal Blood.
The infundibular stalk is the stem that attaches the pituitary to the hypothalamus.
A network of capillaries (plexus) form around the stalk in the anterior pituitary where they stimulate the pituitary to make hormones.
The six major hormones are manufactured in the pituitary, not the hypothalamus, then are released back into this plexus for release into the circulatory system.
This structure may be the link to the functions of the base of the hand tefillin because it goes directly to the body.
- Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN).
It is a tiny region located in the hypothalamus, situated directly above the optic chiasm and receives signals from the retina.
It is responsible for controlling circadian rhythms by sendng information to other hypothalamic nuclei and the pineal gland to modulate body temperature and production of hormones such as cortisol and melatonin.
- Posterior Pituitary (Hand).
The hand tefillin has 1 compartment and the base.
These go beyond the blood-brain barrier.
The oxytocin and vasopressin that is released at the posterior pituitary gland enters the blood, and cannot re-enter the brain because the blood–brain barrier does not allow oxytocin and vasopressin through, but the oxytocin and vasopressin that is released from dendrites acts within the brain.
- Paraventricular. Many neurons release oxytocin or vasopressin into the general circulation from the posterior pituitary.
- Supraoptic Nucleus.
Located at the base of the brain next to the optic chiasm.
It produces vasopressin (anti-diuretic hormone (ADH)), via the bloodstream to cells in the kidneys, enhancing water reabsorption.
So the hypothalamus-pituitary is seen as a door and powerful organ which consumes electrical impulses and distributes hormones via the heart-brain-lung system.
It is connected to the heart because the blood vessels are also part of the system that distributes its products.
What additional information could these symbols have in explaining the pituitary-hypothalamus system.
- Shin (Teeth, Consume).
The hypothalamus consumes all information by monitoring the blood and passes the information to the pituitary which sends the regulatory hormone into the blood.
- Dalet (Door). The pituitary has two direct connections to the hypothalamus that bypass the rest of the blood stream.
Remember that this knot is located within the pituitary where the nerves cross.
- Pituitary Stalk. It connects the hypothalamus and the posterior pituitary.
- Hypophyseal Portal System. It connects the hypothalamus and the anterior pituitary.
- Yod (Power, Closed Hand). The body reacts, consciously or conconsciously, to the signals sent from the brain.
Consumed
The boxes are labelled with a symbol that means to eat or consume.
Each box-controller system consumes specific items needed for its function.
Each strap is connected to the base under the box, circles the box and crosses over like a knot and terminates at the back.
The head tefillin terminates at the base of the neck near the cerebellum and the optic nerves break up in the cerebral cortex at the rear also where the visual cortex is located.
- Brain. The hormonal pathways and circulatory system are the controlling devices.
The brain consumes everything that is consumed by the five senses and all other controllers that are connected to it.
External messages about the environment like temperature through the skin.
It also gets information on orientation through the eyes and ears.
It consumes chemical messages (hormones and drugs), images (Eyes), sound (ears), blood (nutrients, food, air) and chemicals (smells and blood borne chemicals) and drugs.
- Pituitary. The optic nerves are the straps of the controller passing through the hypothalamus which controls hunger and thirst.
The posterior pituitary is also integrated into the hypothalamus through the circulatory system.
The hormones of this part of the pituitary are released directly from the axons and into the blood circulation.
- Eye. The optic nerve carries messages to the brain through pictures and images.
These images like pornograhy can trigger the dopamine reward centers and lead to addictions similar to addictions from food or drugs and hormones.
- Ear-Semicircular Canal. It carries information about sound and orientation to the brain (pons and medulla) at the back of the head.
- Mouth. The mouth consumes food and connectes to the digestive system and is distributed to the body before it terminates in the anus.
- Brain-Heart. The circulatory system is the straps of the controller, crossing over in the heart.
The Holodeck: A Physical Internal GPS Navigational "Place" and "Grid Cell" System
There is a compass in the design of the universe. Its value is zero.
It determines orientation and the inital starting values (quantum number) and generates other values.
Parts of the brain can be a playground like a holodeck on Star Trek.
In the hippocampus is a (3-D, circular or horizintal) cognitive map of a global positioning system which manages orientation.
It shows how the brain creates a map to represent the space surrounding us so that can we navigate through a complex environment.
In 2014 scientists received a Nobel prize in physiology discovering the system through research between 1971 and 2005.
- Hippocampus Place Cells (1971). It forms a map of the space, like a holodeck.
The cells in the Entorhinal Cortex and Medial Entorhinal Cortex form the human GPS system.
The speed cells in the Medial Entorhinal Cortex map of the surrounding environment.
The cells in the entorhinal cortex include Place cells, Grid cells, Boundary cell and Head direction cells.
- Head Direction Cells (1993-1998). These activate whenever the head moves (45°) and works with the "place" cells and the vestibular system in the inner ear and compensating eye movements.
The activity of head direction cells predicts, 95 ms in advance, what the animal's head direction will be.
It is mainly used for the sense of balance and for spatial orientation and also work awake or asleep.
The discovery of head direction by James B. Ranck, Jr. located the cells responsible for information on direction of head or heading of animal.
- Entorhinal Cortex Grid Cells (2005).
The grid cells generate a coordinate system in a hexagonal grid (spaced at 60° intervals) using previous position and motion to sense distance.
Other cells in the entorhinal cortex recognize the direction of the head and the border of the room and coordinate with the grid cells and the hippocampus to create this inner GPS.
- Boundary Cells or Border Cells (2008). These cells were found in the hippocampal formation (subiculum, presubiculum, parasubiculum and entorhinal cortex).
They respond to the presence of an environmental boundary at a particular distance and direction from the observer.
- Medial Entorhinal Cortex Speed Cells (2014).
Speed cells are present in the medial Entorhinal cortex.
They respond to the speed of the animal's movement and is not dependent on external factors such as visual surroundings.
Such a vital function cannot be left to the dictates of our will. So our autonomic system works and so does the ability of the brain to navigate.
A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.
(Proverbs 16: 9)
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
(Proverbs 3: 6)
Sexuality
The genes determine our gender and sexuality in chromosome 23.
While females can only determine female gender through the "XX" chromosomes, it is the male who establishes male or female gender of the child through their "XY" chromosome.
Recently, the question of gender identity has been an issue as homosexuals seek to prove that their brains are irrevocably wired to orient towards same sex relationships and in the extreme some report that their brains are trapped in the wrong gender body.
Your gender is not fluid.
Now evidence is showing that the amygdala plays an important role in this chemical assignment if not the biological and genetic assignment.
The most important finding is that testosterone plays a more important role in brain sexuality.
Sufficient testosterone on a developing male fetus produces heterosexual males. The default assignment is female if testosterone levels are low, so a female fetus lacking testosterone will develop a heterosexual female brain.
So excess testosterone may change a developing female brain into homosexuality while lack of testosterone and probably excess estrogen may steer a developing male orientation to homosexuality.
This orientation plays an important role in face recognition in the amygdala because it also makes images of a potential partner more attractive based on the brain gender identification or misidentification.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
(Romans 12: 2)
- Testosterone And Estrogen.
Testosterone fuels prostate cancer and estrogen fuels breast cancer.
Yet both these hormones have been wrecklessy used in birth control, hair loss remedies and low sexuality treatment without investigation.
Drug therapies bypass the natural immune barriers in the stomach and skin by directly injecting drugs in the blood or applied in patches on the skin or implanting devices that release treatment therapies (drugs, chemicals, electricity, radioactive materials).
These topical treatment have adverse side effect for women and children when they come in contact or ingest infected foods.
- Estrogen Therapy (Birth Control). Causes puberty in young children and increases breast, endometrial, and uterine cancers.
- Testosterone Therapy (Hair Growth And Virility). These topical gels can be passed through the skin by contact with clothing or any material that the user has handled.
» Side Effects On Children.
Children who are exposed to testosterone drugs may suffer from inappropriate virilization, which is the development of male secondary sexual characteristics.
Side effects also include enlarged genitals, premature growth of pubic hair, increased self-stimulation and aggressive behavior.
The passage of hormones though the skin barrier, feeding of hormones to animals have given rise to milk that caused puberty in 9 month old babies, masculinization of females
and probably the cause of amygdala confusion in the developing fetus.
» Side Effects On Pregnant Women.
Effects on women include abnormal fetal development, hair growth on the face or body, hair loss on the scalp, oily skin or acne, hoarseness or deepening of the voice, fluid retention, diminished breast size and increased clitoris size.
- Sexual Partners In Heat (Pheromones).
Animals find each other through pheromones.
Oxytocin is a hormone for bonding, trust and sex. It cannot be ingested but it can be inhaled.
Businesses have used perfumes and are now spraying oxytocin in nightclubs to chemically affect bonding and trust.
- Sexual Addictions.
Studies have shown that addiction to pornographic images is more powerful and harder to break than cocaine or morphine.
It hijacks the dopamine system.
The current UNESCO global education system for children is an attempt to use pornography and reading material on children to change their orientation and attitudes towards sexuality.
- Psychosis And Depression.
Estrogen and testosterone impacts the dopamine system leading to schizophrenia and other psychoses.
Low level of estrogen (estradiol or estrone) in men or women are present in those with psychoses.
Androgens like high or low testosterone in men changes the dopamine sensitivity.
Products that boost testosterone will increase muscle mass and strength but produce severe psychosis.
Symptoms include persecutory delusions, scared of being followed by monsters or snakes instead of veins, aggression, auditory or visual perceptual disturbances,
the sensation that people were bent sideways at 45°.
- Renewing The Mind. I have learned through personal experince that just by knowing that your feelings are being hijacked by the hormones that your brain has a compensating mechanism for recognizing and correcting these triggers as soon as it is aware of the source of the problem and what your will determines are your wishes.
It is as if the brain has many option to deal with a trigger but it is not sure which route is appropriate.
So the more you give into one resolution, the more your brain will be trained to accept that path and you have established a full-blown addiction.
The neurons literally grow larger like a muscle being exercised or a highway being widened for more traffic.
I have been able to train my brain in many things by simply telling it the cause. It is amazing how fast it works.
Once my brain has even sent back a picture of what it does not understand and what it needs and what I can do to help it.
This was how I knew what to do to prevent my total motor paralysis that the doctors could not explain or treat well.
- The Will Of God. Learn the will of God by personal Bible study (KJV) and accept it as true. You are already experienced in the knowledge that what you are doing does not work and has never worked by anybody.
- Your Desire. If you truly accept what God says then literally tell your brain out loud that this is your desire. Do not train your brain by listening to subliminal messages while you are asleep.
Your declaration has to be conscious and forthright.
- Vacation From Sin. Remove yourself from the influence if possible. Stubborn, lifelong addictions may require a temporary separation from all the influences that contribute to relapse.
- Nutrition, Water Fresh Air And Exercise. Eat the proper nutrition and exercise to build up your body and brain.
Smog, scented objects and perfumes can be hormonal triggers. Music and images will be an electromagnetic drug. Relax and read a good book - a non-sexual book with appropriate language, even a child's book or comedy.
- Feed Others Not Yourself. Feed God. Feed other living things. Care for God. Care for plants, animals and people.
Do not focus on your problems, learn about God and recognize that you are loved and valued by God.
Then love your self. Self acceptance does not mean staying in sin, it means renouncing the past, accepting that change is possible and moving on with the realization that God is not now in the business of condemnation but rehabilitation.
In the end, it is you who will condemn yourself in the judgment by your own mouth.
- Help The Brain.
If you train your brain the centers in the limbic system will respond.
I know through personal experience that these centers do respond.
A report on sexual addiction mentioned an experiment that was shut down as unethical. By stimulating the brain, two researchers with the approval of a confirmed homosexual was able to get a strong heterosexual desire and response from him with a prostitute whom he initially found unattractive and sexually disgusting.
His putamen must have kicked in to override the body-association pictures in his amygdala.
The homunculus will respond with signals about what it wants.
The putamen will respond with appropriate disgust. You will hate the behavior you no longer desire, but you have to remember to love yourself.
The Pineal Gland
Many spiritual literature describe the pineal gland as the "third eye" with some magical connection to the divine.
Yet the Torah suggests that the pituitary gland is the most important.
If the tree of knowledge of good and evil were reflected in two glands, then the pituitary gland would represent the knowledge of good and the pineal would represent the knowledge of evil.
It stimulates hormones that are released at the age of accountability which should be controlled if we were trained properly as children.
The pineal gland is not isolated from the body by the blood-brain barrier system.
It has profuse blood flow, second only to the kidney.
The pituitary affects the pineal gland which affects puberty and the sex hormones through melatonin.
Melatonin inhibits sexual development. These hormones are the root cause of most of our uncontrollable desires.
The production of melatonin by the pineal gland is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light.
Therefore God helps us in the darkness (the age of sin) by suppressing desires to sin through sleep and delay of puberty.

The Heart-Brain-Lung Connection
Is there a genetic link between the heart and the mind? 40% of people who have heart surgery have depression.
Depressed patients have increased blood flow to the amygdala.
For years I have noticed that weight loss pills that try to control appetite seemed to damage the heart.
I thought this was strange because different pills were creating the same damage. I assumed that since one class of pills had failed the new pills would be based on a different chemical structure.

The bible uses the word "heart" to describe functions that clearly belong to the brain.
For example. "the heart is desperately wicked" (Jeremiah 17: 9) and "every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil" (Genesis 6: 5).
Yet when describing the breastplate as a garment that Aaron must wear "upon his heart" God was clearly speaking about the organ in the chest.
And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the Lord continually.
(Exodus 28: 29)
Yet, as he interceded for them as high priest their names were on his mind.
- Head Tefillin (Brain). The box is the skull and the contents are the brain. Like the pituitary, the brain is the center of control and emotions.
- Hand Tefillin (Heart). It is like one lobe of the pituitary. So it is seen as part of the brain.
Like the arm, it is the worker that carries out the instructions of the brain.
This means that when the Bible says that the heart is wicked, it means that whatever good or evil thoughts begin in the mind, the chemicals that signal these thoughts are distributed by the heart.
Therefore, every emotion affects every cell of the body and the heart is the chief enabler.
- Straps (Blood Vessels). Like the nerves, the blood vessels are also a conduit for life.
- Knot Chiasm (Vessels Cross Over). The blood vessels literally cross over in the heart. Blood comes from the body to the right side, is sent to the lungs to pick up oxygen and crosses over to the left side of the heart where it is pumped to the body.
- Base (Lungs). The lungs are like the hypothalamus where the vessels cross over and pass through.
- Function. The tefillin has Hebrew letters associated with both boxes whose meaning are very clear when viewed in this light.
Their meaning can help us to understand a possible similar function in the brain and the pituitary.

Shin (Teeth, Consume).
This is painted on both sides of each box.
The heart consumes all the blood of the body and the brain consumes all thought. Both are the central locations where these life forces pass through for distribution.

Dalet (Door). This letter is the knot on the head tefillin.
The brain is the doorway to life. It is the seat of wisdom and understanding.
The lungs are the doorway to this sysem of life. It takes oxygen from the outside and releases carbon dioxide.
Yod (Power, Closed Hand). This letter is the knot on the hand tefillin.
The valve system and the pumping action of the heart combine to give enough power to force the blood to the rest of the body.
Our actions (hands) and hormones are the force that carry out the will of the brain.
Action follows thought.
The Sign Of The Tefillin: Righteousness By Faith
The four texts are appropriate for the stages of moral maturity from birth to maturity.
All four have one thing in common, no leaven or sin must be found among them and they must always have the sign on their hand and forehead ("between the eyes").
This is counted as righteousness by faith because it meets the definition of the function and purpose of the tefillin.
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
(Romans 10: 17)
The Tefillin has the Word of God woven in our hearts through instruction and hearing in four sections.
Every step has the same sign of faith (trust) and complete submission to God
- Body: (Our New Birth) Exodus 13: 1-10.
A good foundation begins with a healthy child, free of drugs and the effects of malnutrition and poisonous influences.
Even in the womb a baby responds positively to classical music and the reassuring sound of the voice of the parents.
- Promised Land (Earth). When applied to science, this Promised Land is our bodies.
- Seven Years (One Cycle). We were to have no sin found in the house for seven periods of time, a complete cycle.
For people this is until the end of life. For the earth this is the final inspection at 7000 years.
Preparing for pregancy might even mean a full year of preparing the bodies of both parents.
- No Leaven (No Sin). For the individual, seven hours of sleep keeps them from sinning.
If Jesus was slain "at the foundation of the world", then our righteousness began at the creation and it must have started in the month of Abib before the creation.
Our example of righteousness began in the month of Abib (Nisan) with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, when the firstborn is redeemed. It was then that the leaven of sin was removed and we began an exodus out of slavery to sin.
- Mind: (After Birth) Exodus 13: 11-16.
The process begins from birth by teaching the mind.
The firstborn is redeemed from slavery and must be broken if they are stubborn.
The firstborn, coming out of bondage to sin and slavery by a strong hand, no leaven (sin), a sign on the hand and "between the eyes"
- Year To Year. Continually, in cycles of regeneration. Always be vigilant for the presence of sin lurking in the shadows.
- Opening The Matrix. A new birth in the womb, born again of water and the Spirit.
- Redeem Man. This is leading man back to righteousness and away from slavery to sin.
- Firstborn Ass. If it will not be redeemed, the rebellious spirit must be broken.
- Strength Of God's Hand (Redeemed). God can win back both the mind and body.
- Emotions: (Growing Up) Deuteronomy 6: 4-9.
Love God. Hear, teach, write on your hand (work) and forehead (mind) and on your house (entire body) all that pleases God.
Growing up properly and being trained as children is required for our maturity.
We must master our feelings and emotions with knowledge from God.
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
(Proverbs 22: 6)
The education agenda of the United Nations through UNESCO and the World Core Curriculum has started earlier than seven years old to try to rid the children of the influence of their parents towards religion, moral absolutes and patriotism (loyalty) which they deem as negative infections.
- Arousal. You can maintain interest in God while you are awake by studying and teaching.
- Sleep. How can you talk about God when you are asleep?
God Himself will instruct you during dreams, but it is during our sleep that the body maintainence stores these into long-term memories.
- Continual. When a submissive limbic system is viglant, it does all the functions required by this law.
- Decision-Making: (Wisdom And Maturity) Deuteronomy 11: 13-31. Rewarded for clinging to God.
By the time we grow up the love circuit should be towards God, the hate circuit towards evil with disgust.
If so, we will be rewarded. If not, we will be rejected because we have chosen to separate.
If you obey the previous law then God will send rain and you shall reap the fruit or the rewards.
- Sign. The sign is faith and submission to God.
- Rain And Fruit (Moral Character). We will bear the fruit of a righteous character.
- Beast Satisfied (Limbic System). Your lower nature will be content.
- Avoid Deception (Amygdala). Be vigilant so that you are not deceived.

Baptism is a symbolic picture of our salvation.
It shows that we will be washed and renewed (regenerated) by the Holy Spirit by writing the law in our heart.
As a simple picture, it shows what is being done to all who can understand.
However, there is a model that is a detailed, scientific explanation.
The tefillin is a scientific picture of how the covenant will be internally applied.
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
(Jeremiah 31: 33-34)
Four texts are witten on scrolls in each Tefillin. All four are written on one scroll in the hand tefillin, which only has one compartment.
The head tefillin has four compartments, each with one scroll which has only one text.
The texts are written in a particular order.
Are they related to how we can control our brain?
They are written in this order that appears to be from birth to maturity.
Here is the key on how to interpret the symbols.
- Abib (The First Month). So this process begins from conception. By the second week, the fertilized egg is attached to the womb.
By the time we are born we are literally in the land of milk and honey 40 weeks later.
- Passover. The description resembles the process that begins with Passover on day 14 for 7 days, for the feast of unleavened bread.
- Year To Year. A cycle means that we must be vigilant about finding and removing sin.
The rest of the laws tells us to judge and remove unrighteousness and return to God forever.
- Removing Leaven (Yeast).
The increase in estrogen during pregnancy promotes yeast infections.
It is possible that yeast infections in the first 4 weeks causes spontaneous abortions or some birth defects or inhibition of mitosis?
- Human: Brain (Frontal Lobe).
Man's frontal lobe is the will which is the moral decision making area of the brain.
All references to the brain is in terms of the human being who is making choices.
- Firstborn. Every human who will enter paradise is considered to be a first born.
- "Between The Eyes". Both the frontal lobe and the pituitary gland are located between the eyes.
- Strong Hand (Pituitary And Hypothalamus).
It is the door in the brain to and from the body, while the anterior pituitary in the hypothalamus provides the source of power to the body (e.g. Oxytocin and Vasopressin).
- Strong Hand Delivered (Parturition or Birth). The strong hand is the source of power which delivers.
Strong muscle contractions of the womb, initiated by oxytocin from the pituitary, will push us out at birth.
Three hormones are involved in child birth, but oxytocin is the key to all processes.
- Oxytocin. It causes contraction, releases milk for breast feeding and reduces bleeding.
- Endorphins. It is a pain killer which rises at the end of pregnancy and increases sharply during birth but drops sharply if given artificial pain killers. It helps to prevent depression after birth.
- Adrenalin. It will slow or stop contractions if the mother is threatened.
- Opening The Matrix (Cervix During Birth).
A sucking newborn and the birth process releases oxytocin which initiates powerful contractions.
During labor and birth, the pressure of the baby against the cervix, and against tissues in the pelvic floor, stimulates oxytocin.
It helps to thin and open the cervix, moves the baby down and out of the birth canal, expels the placenta, and limits bleeding at the site of the placenta.
- Limbic System.
It is the slave who executes the Master's plan.
Our lower nature should be subject to the guidance of the will and it has been given the power to overcome if we submit.
- Beast.
The beast is the limbic system which is your emotions.
The question is "are we noble men made in the image of God? Or are we beasts ruled by our lower nature".
- Stubborn Ass (Redeem or Break). The slave cannot be allowed to control the master or it means death for both.
- Slavery (Sin). The limbic system can easily become a slave to sin instead of submission to the will.
- Leaven (Sin). It is these hormones that lead to devastating addictions to sin.
- Learning To Choose Good.
The Bible makes two similar types of references to learning to choose good and a reward for choosing God - both involved milk (milk fat) and sugar.
God Is The Sign.
Ask thee a sign of the Lord thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.
But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the Lord.
And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also?
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Butter And Honey. Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.
For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.
(Isaiah 7: 11-16)
Milk And Honey.
And it shall be when the Lord shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.
(Exodus 13: 5)
- Land of Milk (Oxytocin). It is the source of milk.
It is "hormone of love" because it causes bonding, makes us feel good, triggers nurturing feelings and behaviors.
It is involved with lovemaking, fertility, contractions during labor and birth, and the release of milk in breastfeeding.
- Land of Honey (Glucagon). Glucose is fuel for the brain and the body.
Most of the brain is made from fat (90%), symbolized as butter and milk fat.
Although the brain is 2% by weight of the body, it consumes 33% of the glucose.
These are pointing to the use of fat and glucose in the brain and the body through release of prolactin from the pituitary (for milk) and glucagon from the pancreas (sugar).
Glucagon is the hormone that converts stored glycogen into glucose.
The posterior hypothalamus and the blood brain barrier keepts prolactin and vasopressin in the body.
The hypothalamus which monitors hunger and thirst and vasopressin which triggers water through the kidneys are the biological equivalent of regulating the land of a river of water.
- Hear. Listen to instruction.
- Study. Study and know the law for yourself. Write your own copy and read it.
- Teach (Law In My Mouth). Show others the law.
- Write on Hand (Behavior or Works). Obey the law.
- Write on Forehead (Heart and Mind). Believe, understand and accept the law.
- Write on House (Body). Be known as a living character of the law in your home and in yourself.
- Neurotransmitters And Nutrients. We not only feed the body, it is more important to feed our mind.
- Fruit. The fruit is our righteous character.
To the extent that these neurotransmitters help us, then they are fruit.
- Sign. The sign of our salvation is bearing fruit.
- Conquer. We can conquer sin. We will be able to conquer giants, bigger and mightier than us.
It is interesting that when David killed Goliath he stuck him with a stone between his eyes.
He probably ruptured his pituitary.
God warned Cain that sin is crouching at the door but he can master it.
But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?
If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
(Genesis 4: 5-7)
- Law In The Heart. The law written internally is the key.
The only way to put it there is through a conscious effort to insert the key in our minds.
Read and study your Bible and get acquainted with God and fall in love with God.
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
(Psalm 1: 1-2)
- Consequences.
At maturity there will be a reward or punishment, applied to spiritual or physical rules.
- Rejected. Full blown addictions, including sin, will lead to death and permant enslavement.
- Reward. Conquering sin or learning self-control leads to life.
Protecting The Righteous.
How does God protect us?
- Word of God. The Word of God is our food which nurtures our soul (mind).
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.
(Deuteronomy 8:3)
... It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
(Matthew 4: 4)
- God Protects Us. God knows how to protect us in the middle of a barrage of sights and sounds of evil.
This means that there is also a biological and mental defence mechanism.
And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)
The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
(2 Peter 2: 7-9)
- Resistance Is Not Futile.
We should submit to God but we can resist evil. Even the mighty Satan will run away from the strong force that is our will joined with God.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
(James 4: 7)
- Biological Defence (Immune System). The weakened vaccine that allows the immune system to recognize, remember and prepare for a similar attack shows how weakness in submission to God as head is the key to our body overcoming evil.
His strength and our weakness.
Strength In Weakness.
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
(2 Corinthians 12: 9)
The Head And The Body.
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
(Ephesians 5: 23)
- Hormonal Defence (Neurotransmitters). They send hormones to prepare the organs for the battle.
The amygdala may be the sentinel that alerts the brain.
» Hematidrosis (Sweat Blood). Blood through the pores occurs under extreme stress and anxiety.
This probably occurs because the amygdala alerts the hypothalamus and the rest of the brain.
The "fight or flight" mechanism is activated and blood pressure increases.
A combination of vasopressin, adrenaline /norephinerine and oxytocin may hold the key to the massive response.
Extreme response by extreme love causes love to win over the self preservation activated by the normal "flight or fight" response.
Love Resists.
Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
(Hebrews 12: 4)
- Wisdom: A Strong Defence By Choice With Divine Help.
Your best defence is information so that you are not ruled by the chemicals in your body.
The design says that our current defence is separated between our mind and body.
But reality says, that while the laws in the body are good they are no match for evil and may itself become a partner in evil just like the limbic system is subject to negative influences outside the rule of the frontal lobe.
I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
(Romans 7: 21-25)
- Spiritual Brain: Head Tefillin (The New Spirit Of The Law).
It is the same law, separated into four compartments with access to the external senses (eyes, ears, mouth, tongue and skin managed by the thalamus).
It also has access to the internal senses by feelings through the nerves, neurotransmitters and the hormones.
Since the hormones have such a great effect, a blood-brain barrier is maintained and the neurotransmitters control the hormones through intermediaries without direct access.
Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
(Romans 7: 4-6)
- Carnal Body: Hand Tefillin (The Old Letter Of The Law).
It is the same law but designed under one system with no sensory help except the skin and the internal nervous system which gets feedback from the brain through the hypothalamus. It is a brainless body.
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
(Romans 7: 14-20)
- The Armor Of God.
We can do things to fortify our mind which is set up as a defensive shield.
The Battle Armor.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God [Brain, Amygdala], that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth [Thalamus and Hypothalamus],
and having on the breastplate of righteousness [Frontal Lobe];
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace [Tongue (Speech)];
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked [Putamen].
And take the helmet [Skull] of salvation [Brain],
and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: [Hippocampus (Memories)]
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
(Ephesians 6: 12-18)
- Light. We are light, made to be light in the darkness (Isaiah 58, Isaiah 42: 12 and Isaiah 43: 6-12).
- The Image Of God. We are made to reflect His character and be changed into His righteous nature.
Power To Be Good.
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
(2 Peter 1: 3-4)
Recreated In His Image.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
(1 John 3: 2)
Written Internally By God.
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
(Jeremiah 31: 33-34 and Hebrews 3: 10-11)
Freedom By Being Changed In His Image.
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
(2 Corinthians 3: 17-18)
Renewed Minds.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
(Romans 12: 2)
A mind and life that is transformed cannot be shaken by mind-control, torture or fear.
- Righteousness: The Tefillin Design Promise.
The Tefillin system is a better model of the promises of the new covenant than baptism.
It shows how we are changed and how we are responsible for implementing that change.
We must study the Word of God and act on it.
God has designed our mind and bodies to react to this soul food and He has sent the Holy Spirit to help us.
The Holy Spirit will teach us and change us, but He will not read and study for us and set aside time for God for us.
With the spiritual tefillin God can remove all acquired tendency to sin.
A Risky or Brilliant Design?
This is a design based on free choice.
All these emotions can be legitimate in certain situations but they must be under the control of the will and not compromised by external chemicals like drugs, alcohol, sounds or video images that bypass reason.
When we see how easily people are addicted and how easily they are attracted to all things evil and sinful, one wonders why God designed the system to be so easily sabotaged.
An addiction in one area predisposes one to fall victim to other addictions.
The sad truth is that people are more drawn to evil desires than the good.
» Immorality. Alcohol, drugs, intemperance, carbon monoxide and music that extracts the wrong emotional response will undermine this mastery of our mind and body.
High fat, high protein, stimulants, nicotine all increase dopamine.
Smoking increases the amount of carbon monoxide and will damage the putamen leading to a loss of initiative, engaging in repetitive actions with no loss of cognitive abilities.
Smoky and crowded, bars and nightclubs are not the domain of the child of God. Damage to the putamen accounts for the mindless, dangerous and repetitive bad behavior of people.
A Brilliant Design!
Everything in moderation and everything appropriate in its own time.
All of these emotions can be genuine without breaking the commandments.
Under the right circumstances and in the right context all these emotions are positive and all of them are gifts.
The developing science of epigenetics shows that we can affect our children for good.
- Pleasure And Motivation.
Some can be done for righteousness like food craving, hunger and thirst. We hunger for the knowldge of God like food and water.
Reward seeking and pleasure can be done because of rightousness when we seek the pleasure and reward for others.
- Motivation. Desire and reward seeking will spur us to do good and necessary action.
- Husband And Wife (Love). Jealousy, lust or desire, mutual addiction to our spouse will lead to faithfulness,
- Danger Alert And Safety. Fear will lead us to be on guary for self-preservation.
- Protect.
Anger and aggression will lead to defense of the innocent against wickedness.
- Loving Righteousness. God promises us enmity with evil. So contempt and disgust will lead to rejection of evil.
While lust and hunger and thirst for righteousness leads us in an extreme search to a knowledge of God.
- Enmity. "Hate circuit" leads us to enmity against evil and "Love Circuit" to God.
- Martyrdom And Altruism. Risk taking for the love of another to gamble your life and to give away all your possessions for a greater cause is a risk worth taking.
- Repentance. Guilt and atonement lead to repentance and restitution.
- Pride And Humiliation. This also leads to recognition of guilt and to sorrow and turning away and repentance.
Genetics: A Strong Defence By Design.
God has a backup plan for repairing genes.
Normally, we inherit two working nuclear genes from both parents but only one working imprinted epigene which is removed and reprogrammed back to factory settings (nuclear) everytime the permanent set of sperm or egg is created in the womb.
- Environmental Effects.
Stress, diet, hormones and toxins can influence the expression of genes in the next generation.
This effect can differ based on the stage in pregnancy when the environmental impact is introduced.
- The Third And Fourth Generation.
The law says that effects can be expected up to the third and fourth generation. This law is true for every situation, including genetics and a pregrnat mother to her grandchildren.
Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
(Exodus 34: 7) also Exodus 20: 5
So can our working mind and hormones influence this biological process through the will?
» The Good News.
The shocking fact is that it is just as easy to train your mind in the opposite direction.
Believe it or not, the body wants the moral alternative and it will adjust unbelievably quickly.
The interconnection between all desires means that we should be able to rein in an out of control desire with desires that we still master.
So reasonable fasting with Bible study and meditating on the Word of God is key to controlling the desires and spiritual appetite.
Connect with God. He is your best friend. You are never alone. You are greatly loved.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
(Philippians 4: 8)
» Mirror Image? Why did God institute this silly procedure of two boxes?
It follows the basic design of the entire universe.
Every necessary system is made up of mirror image twins in union.
The placement of the tefillin opposite the gland and bone forms a mirror image design that is also modeled in DNA replication and the matter-antimatter construction.
Therefore, the work of this system is to support the genetic recreation of the spiritual side of humans.
It is a teacher. Our DNA is also a teacher.
By wearing the tefillin, we are mirroring what God is doing for us.
By following its instructions, we are voluntarily accomplishing what God wants us to do so that He can complete our transformation.
The History Of The Brain Science
According to this history, people at the time of Moses did not have the knowledge to deduce the structure and function of the pituitary gland.
An enlarged pituitary might have given a clue to odd behavior, but this animal would never be eligible for sacrifice.
Even if they looked in the brain of a sacrifice animal there is no evidence that they could have made such a connection.
- Previous Knowledge (460-379 BC). Hippocrates believed that the brain is the seat of intelligence and is involved with sensation.
By 387 BC, Plato believed that brain is seat of mental process.
After 1600, investigators were just describing the physical structures of the brain.
- The Scientists.
- Johannes Kepler (1604). Discovered the inverted retinal image.
- Rene Descartes (1649). The pineal as control center of body and mind and calls it the "third eye".
- l'Abbe Edme Mariotte (1668). Discovers the blind spot.
- Stephen Walter Ranson (1920). Shows connections between the hypothalamus and pituitary.
- Eugene Aserinski and Nathaniel Kleitman (1953). Describe rapid eye movements (REM) during sleep.
- Ragnar Arthur Granit, Halden Keffer Hartline and George Wald (1967). The mechanisms of vision.
- Neuroscience (1861-1981).
Paul Broca (1861), Camillo Golgi, Ramón y Cajal (1906), Alan Lloyd Hodgkin and Andrew Huxley (1952), Bernard Katz (1962), Eric Kandel (1966), Catherine Morris (1981).
- John O'Keefe, Edvard Moser, May-Britt Moser (2014 ). Cells for a positioning system in the brain.
- Current Status: Psychology (Dark Matters). A dark chapter in the history of the mind is psychology and its history of unethical experiments. Sadly, the behavior continues and will be vigorously used at the end of time.
- James Marion Sims (1840's). The "father of gynecology", performed surgical experiments on enslaved African women, without anaesthesia even though there was a method. One woman was operated on 30 times. This is torture.
Once he perfected this procedure he used anesthesia on non-African women.
- Behavorism (1900s). Scientists studied the effects of mind control, "conditioning", fear, drugs and all sorts of methods to manipulate the mind.
- Ivan Pavlov (1900s). His experiments with dogs and the stimulus-response classical conditioning and behavorism. He even experimented with children.
- John B. Watson and Rosalie Rayner (1920). They conducted the Little Albert experiment, using classical conditioning to make a young boy afraid of white rats.
- B. F. Skinner (1930s-1960s). Used operant conditioning. It controls behavior by consequences.
- Solomon Asch (1951). Group pressure persuades one to conform to an obviously wrong opinion.
- Leon Festinger And Cognitive Dissonance (1945). Cognitive dissonance is the mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time, performs an action that is contradictory to one or more beliefs, ideas or values, or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas, or values.
- Operation Paperclip (1949–1990). The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) recruited over 1,500 German scientists, engineers, and technicians, from Nazi Germany and other foreign countries were brought to the United States for employment after World War II.
- Nazi Doctors (1949). Recruited from Germany after WWII. They performed medical, psychological and torture experiments for the United States Army, CIA and the State Department conducted by universities, schools of Medicine on children in orphan's homes, penitentiary, state hospitals, mental hospitals, victims of crime, abused children, uninformed "volunteers", clinics in poor areas.
- Project MKUltra Mind Control (1950's).
The CIA's mind control program identified and developed drugs and procedures to be used in interrogations and torture. It weakened the individual to force confessions through mind control and terror.
They manipulated people's mental states, alter brain functions, including administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, and forms of torture.
- Psychological Torture (Forever).
Cognitive dissonance began in the Garden of Eden and is now being employed in the new emerging theology aimed at all Protestant churches.
Torture methods attempt to destroy the subject's normal self-image by removing them from any kind of control over their environment, creating a state of learned helplessness, psychological regression and depersonalization.
Techniques include mock executions, indirect torture, forced nudity, head shaving, fear, dehumanization, lack of privacy, sleep deprivation, hooding and other forms of sensory deprivation, isolation and forcing the subject to adopt stress positions.
- Physical Torture (Forever).
It has existed in Greece and Rome and during the papal domination of the Middle ages where they perfected the methods. It is now alive and well, done by the Nazis and the communists and practiced even by the United States with medical doctors and psychiatrists managing the torture program.
- Advertising (1920's). This study of behavior in classical conditioning has been applied to marketing and advertising to create feelings of negative or positive/emotional response associated with a product.
It is the basis of all forms of propaganda and the news media is the grand outet for this phenomenon with Hollywood as the actors and mind manipulating drug dispensing organizations.
The Messianic Prophecy
The purpose of the Messiah was to succeed where we failed using the same systems to which we have access.
He was diligent about training His brain to love the things of God.
In doing so He fulfilled God's oath and the covenant.
- Tefillin. Jesus is the head, the door, the power and the teeth that consumes all in Him.
As human He is the right hand of power and the teeth that consumes the Word of God.
- Sign Of The New Covenant. The purpose of the covenant was to stop us from sinning.
New Person.
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
(Jeremiah 31: 33)
- Feeding The Strong Man.
Nobody can compromise our will if we guard it. The same rules apply to the physical and spiritual.
No man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
(Mark 3: 27)
Part of this is to fill it with knowledge of God and to sever association with evil.
When demon possession is at work, if one is delivered, we must fill the house with God or a worse evil one will enter the clean house.
Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
(Matthew 12: 43-45)
- Reject Evil (The Forbidden Fruit). The goal of the new mind is to reject evil.
Notice that the actions of Adam and Eve devastated the function of this region of the brain.
The branched structure of the brain makes it look like a tree. The pituitary hanging by a stalk from the brain makes it look like a fruit hanging from a tree.
So from a structural and biological perspective, when they picked and ate this fruit they caused damage to the region of the brain that regulates behavior through desires.
Since it mirrors the tree of knowledge, this region may either be important to knowledge or intelligence or biblical knowledge.
- Eternal Life (Understanding The Tree of Life). The promise of the covenant is to grant us access to eternal life.
The tree of life bears 12 fruit every month and it was taken away perhaps there was an equivalent structure in the brain which we are all missing or which has atrophied or is partially regulated in a circadian rhythm.
- The Beatitudes (Matthew 5 and Psalm 37).
In the Sermon on the Mount Jesus addresses the character of the righteous.
Each point appears to address the function governed by the structures in this portion of the brain.

Pink Elephant.
The Torah definitely teaches that "between the eyes" is a box that controls love for Him and moral decisions.
Knowledge about these organs and their function is still ongoing.
They were only discovered in the last century.
The Orthodox Jews still wear the tefillin although it is one of the many commands that they do without fully understanding why God had commanded it.
This awesome biological knowledge of God would have been lost without the faithful obedience of the Orthodox Jews.
So wearing the tefillin and the tallit is not an embarrasing fashion statement imposed from heaven that we should quietly abandon.
It is the clever three dimensional learning device of a clever God that models the victorious promise of the new covenant and still teaches us that YHWH is the most awesome!
